Great game! Just a heads up - the Robot Circuit Facebook page posted a photo on August 1 showing Season 2 running on an Android device. Someone commented that they have access to an "unfinished version of episode 2" and that they "just finished the story" and are "in the process of nailing all the optional goals." Robot Circuit replied that they're "still tweaking some of those." Regarding the iPhone version, they commented that they "have set a date and will be announcing it very soon!" It sounds like Episode 2 is pretty far along and should be coming pretty soon!
Thats good n all but having to wait this long between each episode really kinda kills the fun of the game for me...especially cuz each episode...if they are as short as the first...last only MAYBE a week at most.
Depends on your view. If you don't mind that it is only one piece of a fractured whole and don't mind waiting half a year for each episode, first episode is good enough. The one episode currently available is definately NOT worth the asking price, though..you get all future episodes free...as to when that will be or having the devs keep you updated whatsoever concerning such...hah...let me warn you. Sigh...the reason I sound so but hurt is bc I absolutely adore the game...but by the time i get my hands on episode 2...episode 1 is barely relevant and playing one episode every 6 months just is a complete tease. Replay? Well, there are special objectives so you can repeat levels to get more gold and get the shiny weapon upgrade, get that next skill or upgrade a skill etc, and when all episodes eventually release and I finish them all im sure going back through the whole game will be satisfying bc itll be the first time I can play it cohesively. Its a great game that truly innovates on a genre, just leaves you wanting....and waiting...FOR....EV....ER
Ticket to Earth Episode 2: Crash is scheduled for next week. August 24th. Excited! Episode 2 arrives on iOS first, and is a free add-on for everybody who already owns the game. Lol, THE day I post for the 10th time me whinning about getting episode 2....of course they announce "oh, yes well...is next Thursday good for you?" Weeeeeeee!
so around spring 2018 we will have all episodes. Dont get me wrong, its good that we will get them (unless the devs run out of funds by then) but Over 3 months for the second episode and more waiting is a far cry from their statement of"episode 2 really soon and episodes 3 and 4 are already playable at a gamescon" I've left this game in my backlog hopefully to be completed in the distant future.
Regarding active skill unlocks, it depends on the progress of the story? Or does it depend on how much point is invested in the skills?
At last! I absolutely loved this game when Episode 1 was released, but I had started giving up hope about the following episodes. While I agree that having to wait this long between episodes is not optimal, it's still far better than the alternative of the developers going bust and then no continuation of this brilliant game, ever.
Absolutely like that fantasy rpg that looked a lot like final fantasy art, $8, and announced it would telease in episodes AFTER they teleased the game and ppl had already bought it under the impression it was a full game?! Yeah...at least not that lol, then they had the gall to launch another match 3 generic rpg a year latet never speaking of the amazing rip off they perpetrated. It still baffles me.

Anyone else having trouble getting their iCloud save back after re-downloading? Keep getting a message saying that it’s unable to restore and to try again later.
I believe there has been this or a similar issue with their cloud save function since they launched it. Thought they'd fix that by now. Im having fun starting again from ep 1 and anticipating getting to continue through into ep 2 this time.
