      im wondering what peoples thoughts on windows phone 7? how do you think it will compete with iphone/ipod touch. and everything inbetween.

      Competition is a good thing :cool:

      Will be better for the consumer and keep Apple on there toes .

      Really don't like the UI. It's too messy, too busy, and quite plain looking. I know it's already got its fanboys, but it just doesn't do a damn thing for me. I used to own and like older Windows Mobile devices, but WP7 strikes me as one of the worst UIs right now.

      I dont think it will hold a candle. I am on sprint so I have a WM6.5 phone (TP2), yeah I know Windows Phone 7 is not the same, but the problems I run into with WM in general is the lack of focus and consolidation regarding apps.

      Apple has it right, "one place to rule them all" to get apps with a LARGE developer pool pushing quality apps. One place to find all the reviews of the apps and hear about new quality releases.

      Trying to find apps on WM or Droid for me seems like pulling teeth. I am all over google, going to 10 different websites to find out what the latest and greatest app releases are...I gave up.

      I use my phone as a phone, for everything else....there is my iTouch.
