Hi, I'm hoping to get some feedback from the forum on your thoughts on prize draws in exchange for app purchase and review? Basically this is what I'm thinking: - I offer a prize draw of iTunes gift card to a value of $25 - In exchange for entry - you purchase the game for a $1 and leave a review on iTunes and let me know your itunes id and Touch Arcade id. - For every 15 reviews past 30 I throw in a 2nd prize of a $10 iTunes card and we continue until the closing date of the draw - no more than four weeks. To recap: - 30 entrants - chance to win $25 gift card - 45 entrants - two prizes; $25 and $10 gift cards - 60 entrants - three prizes; one $25 and two $10 gift cards etc To keep it totally transparent I will open a Facebook Group where you can post you entrant and/or review and see how many people have entered the competition. Thanks to all the people who replied and pm'd me. It seems the best way forward is to run a prize draw ($25 iTunes gift card) using the FREE version of Invaders World Tour. I'm just waiting for Apple to approve the 2.0 update for the FREE version and then I will kick it off. The rules will be simple: 1. Download the FREE version. 2. Leave a review on iTunes and add your name/review/iTunes id to the Facebook group I setup http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=122397014463077. If you don't have FB then a post in the forum thread will be fine. 3. After a period of time (no more than four weeks) I will randomly draw a name from a hat and award the gift voucher. Cheers Scott
