As long as you back up the data first but be careful because you want to use a back up from 8.2 if you can because if you try to back up and restore from the 8.3 data with iOS 8 .2 installed it will say it won't work I just tried it otherwise though On my programs installed great with all of the data backed up in them my backup was about a month old but anything that I needed I just reinstalled trust me 8.2 is worth the extra 15 or 20 minutes to organize your apps
I agree with you in every respect I think it's definitely a dumb thing for people to be forced to one certain iOS however I was thinking about it and you know how android is always completely fragmented with their iOS. I think Apple wants to avoid that so it's taking really strict measures to inforce the latest iOS. Because I always had trouble with old android devices because a lot of apps wouldn't be compatible and they would be drastically inconsistent due to the device.I hate to say it but I think Apple has the best solution unless someone else can think of something else better
I've done a little bit of research over the past week and I haven't found anything new to allow us to access the folders the only thing that I found that hinted upon a possible solution was something about enabling filesharing by going to a certain file and adjusting that but from what I heard only the developer can make that type of change. I'm sorry for my lack of technical wording.
Officially on android now~ the emus are super great!! I love FF Type-O!! I'll buy the games that I like on android too like KOTOR and TWEWY..
