It's going to be a while then since according to IMDB the film is going to be out in May 2011. I'm beta testing this game but it hasn't gone into beta yet so I haven't got my hands on it yet.

Might not be that far away because on Wikipedia it says that there is "an animated feature film based on the Marvel Comics character set to be released in September 2009." It also says that there is "an upcoming 2010 Icelandic computer-animated feature film about the God of Thunder," which according to The Film Insider has had it's release date changed to 2011 so the game might be for that...
So this is based off of the marvel comic. If so 2011 seems right because looking at upcoming psp games it says psp Thor ( movie game ) is coming out 2010

Personal attacks aside I think it's safe to say it's based off the cartoon, until hearing otherwise. It's a cartoon game being leaked in '09 and there is a cartoon movie coming out in '09.
Hey Guys! To clarify Thor comes out 2009 and is based on the animated feature film at CAOZ not Marvel. It's not going to be long until we go into beta.
