Universal This War of Mine [+ "The Little Ones" DLC] (by 11 bit studios)

Plays "ok". Text is on small side as always expected, so using the zoom functionality where required can overcome that. A few pages back there was comments on this.
You'd basically need to develop a system of using the zoom function, zooming in and out when required. Also make sure to use forcegoodfit

Probably gonna get featured by Apple, probably gonna get rave reviews. Probably gonna release an iPhone version and experience a second peak of popularity. Awesome, awesome game. Yeah, they totally blew it you guys. Fail city. Really blew it.

 

First You need a Jailbroken phone, a PC & purchased the game.
1.) download and locate the This War of Mine IPA on your PC or Mac.
2.) transfer the IPA over to your Jailbroken iPhone 6.
3.) install the tweaks IPA installer & ForceGoodFit
4.) locate file in IPA Installer & install
5.) enable ForceGoodFit to scale game properly to iPhone 6 resolution.

 

I own it for pc but I'm considering picking it up for iPad because I could see it being good on the go. Verdict is it plays well on iPad?

 

Can anyone else confirm this? (Working good on iPad mini first gen)

This game is outstanding. The bleak atmosphere is perfectly captured through the excellent graphic style, animation, and audio. The touchscreen controls are spot on too.

I’ve reached day 19 on my first play through, but I’m going to start a new game from scratch, setting things up more efficiently at base camp now that I have a better understanding of how things work.

I can see myself spending many long hours on this one. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought it this morning and can't stop playing it, what a truly excellent game. Very thought provoking indeed. 5/5 superb!

I didn't think of that. On second thoughts, maybe I actually don't wanna know. Probably best to find out on my own rather than just being told.

I really love survival games and post-apocalyptic games like Fallout,I also love sneak combat,tactical attacks,will I love this one?

 

Great game. Only played it for an hour or so and I was thinking about it all day.


I have to admit though.... I keep expecting to run into zombies... I think it's the atmosphere of the game but every door I open I expect a zombie to run out to mess me up
