No, he is a douche. He was acting as such PRIOR to getting his body pummelled into the ground. No we don't know the whole story, but I saw enough to know that a bully got exactly what he deserved.

    /facepalm

Did you not see the video of that ginger kid harrassing and antagonizing the large kid? It's called fighting back. Bullying is when you pick on someone, harrass someone, and badger someone relentlessly, usually on people weaker or smaller than most. That ginger kid's parents probably hit him (I would too if I gave birth to a ginger) all the time, and has to express the anger on someone else.

Little did he know that one person can only take so much before they explode.

The key words are "could have". He didn't die, and that's why it's nice to see the bully get hurt for once.
I'm sure you've laughed at someone falling over before. Well they could have died, but they didn't. So it's funny. If the kid died then we wouldn't be laughing and it wouldn't be good.

Of course he did worse. Doesn't make it any more or less just.

I don't think you have ever been bullied, have you? It wears on you and wears on you, then they laugh even harder to see you not defending yourself, and then if you go and tell a teacher, it will protect you (somewhat) In school but if they find out, 9 times out of 10 they are just going to try and find you after school, in a restroom, blah blah blah and f*ck you up even more.

I'm goin gto raise my kid NEVER to be a bully, but with no hesitation to f*cking laying one out if they do it too long and go too far (And this stupid ginger kid went way too far, I would have dropped his ass when he first punched me). He tried to shrug it off but in the end, the natural human emotion called "Anger" kicked in. This drives you to do stupid things that seem right atm.

All in all the Big Kid is lucky he didn't kill the kid, cause that would have started a slew of other problems. But i don't think anyone is going to f*ck with that dude anymore.

Call me names all you want, my point still stands over yours. You can't always rely on other people for your problems. Especially 911. lol that has to be the most stupid suggestion ever. You are better off calling them after you get your asshole beat in for the paramedics to come.

    video got deleted....damnit...

EDIT: I just found it. It's quite sad actually, granted the little kid was being a huge dick, but I think the reaction was a bit much, I mean being thrown on your head like that could have serious repercussions, such as paralasis, or brain damage. Now I know you all argue the "Could Have" part and I do side with the bigger kid in this instance, but I do wonder and feel somewhat for the smaller child.

It was still nice seeing someone stick it to the bully though. I was bullied a bit in grammar school and it sucks being on the losing side all the time. But then again the bullies themselves, more times than not, have a crappier life than those that they bully. At least this was always the situation when I was growing up. I was lucky enough to be raised in a great home, with loving parents, and having many options and things available to me, whereas those who bullied me grew up in abusive homes, or with parents who didn't care for their children; and who didn't have that many opportunities in life to get out so to speak. So as long as do not know the history of the smaller child I cannot feel nothing towards him. I sympathize with both the bully and the bullied, but more with the bullied child.

All I can say is, if the kid's ready to throw punches at the guy, he'd better be ready to play hardball.

This has got to be the most idiotic post I have ever read. Read it out loud to yourself-you might see what I mean
Sure he wasn't right to bully. Everyone makes bad choices as a kid. You're telling me you never teased a kid or called someone a name? He made a mistake, he got what was coming, move on.
But to say "people like him should be put down"? So...you wouldn't mind killing a 10 year old, just because he teased a couple kids at school. Nice moral compass you have there.
Seriously, think about what you are posting before you post it. I don't think (at least I hope) that you didn't mean for your post to come out that way. And if you did, then you're just a screwed up person

Yeah it is. Updated the first post.

I'm not sure about putting him down, but teaching him a lesson seemed like a good idea. He's probably having a good, long think about what happened.

Punching someone square in the face seemingly unprovoked and then continuing to throw punches without resistance is more than just bullying. Kid got what he deserved.

And was that a teacher in the background just watching?
