http://www.break.com/index/wrecked-ferrari-pulled-out-of-lake.html Whoever is unable to drive a sports car, probably shouldnt own one. What happens with the car when its totaled like that? Does his insurance cover him crashing into water? If so, what happens with the car after the insurance takes it? I hope it doesnt get smashed.... Hell, if I even had a semi big house, I would put that thing in my living room, just for show and to say I own a ferrari.
So glad it was a lake and not another car. I still don't get why people buy sports cars if they're never gonna go to a track. I mean, the roads in Europe are along, winding, and just fun to drive real fast on. In the US, everything's optimized to the max. There's no real reason to have a Lambo on the streets unless you get to reeeaaaally drive it on a circuit.
Ehh.. I disagree. Maybe in the big open country area, the roads are straight. In Texas we have a lot of fun windy roads. When I lived in Pennsylvania we also had some amazing roads. It sucks about that Ferrari. You're right though in that it's better that it's a lake and not another car. It sucks when you have drivers that have more money than brains. Here are pictures from some of the last drives we did: http://www.flickr.com/photos/royelrayes/sets/72157619615752421/, http://www.flickr.com/photos/royelrayes/sets/72157613523148532/ In 2 weekends I have a cruise with a different group of car guys.. they all have lambos and ferraris and stuff, so that should be fun.
