I tried the beta it had a bug where attacks would not connect

 

Thought I'd ask again. Does anyone know where or how to upgrade weapons? I supposedly have material to do it but have no clue how to.

Also, I keep getting Hint: "Battle Defeated" every time I try to send in a disciple to battle. Seem stuck now where I can't fight at all. What's going on?!?!?

 

I don't own the game but maybe a shop like a blacksmith etc

 

Does anyone know where or how to get monkey AS to awaken the weapon?

I managed to get to 80% before 720 in the first try. It really sucks when u have built up a character and only to die in a bad fight. Just seems like some cities are harder than others even thou there pretty much the same character.

 

As far as I can tell there are no "shops".

 

Guess I'm not understanding. I lost one fight but it is allowing me to continue to expand and get more towns. Then again, it doesn't seem to be letting me actually fight anymore.

So does just one loss stop you from fighting again in that game? And you have to start again? I was at like 33% when I lost. Still have managed to get to 39% without fighting.

Still wish it was a normal story mode without this city stuff.

 

You need to garrison in agricultural areas a few times to get a disciple follow you. Your disciple is "your fighter"

There is obviously some frustrations with not understanding the story mode, but for someone like myself who is on the fence is the game worth it???

To upgrade items
Both weapon and armors.
Go to main screen choose the character with the equipment you need to upgrade.
From characters list


On the main screen
Go to inventory ( purple button)

Then choose the item , go to menu

On your left under the item equips you will see a bunch of symbles.



One u have the necessary ingredients, click on the hammer icon
And upgrade.


KEEP IN MIND THIS GAME HAS A GEAR SYSTEM SIMILAR TO INJUSTICE 2
_ there are BETTER GEAR,
and they change your character s apparence.



And HOW YOU AQUIERE GEAR FROM STORY AND ENDLESS MOD??????

^^ Thanks. I literally just figured that out a few minutes ago. Don't seem to have enough of one type of element needed to upgrade anything and don't have a single one of those things needed to "awaken"'something but at least I know how to now.

 

The graphics are beautiful. I'm watching a video the story city aspect of the game looks frustrating! How does anyone know what to build???

I'm going to wait on this and stick to jade empire for my Asian history fighter style

 

Just build to gain more gold since you gain forces a lot more during events. But you need to have a few of each of the 3 types of development coz you need to garrison there for purposes not totally clear to me yet. For one, garrisoning in an agricultural town gives a good chance to encounter a disciple. Sometimes you need to fight the disciple first, but there will be some who will join you right away.

 

I've just been to one city, and I've noticed there are two resources: gold and soldiers. When you're asked what to build, at the bottom of each option you see what resources you'll get if you build each option. I'll follow EP's advice and go for gold farming.

 

After few hours playing I request refund. Thanks to apple its accepted and I got my money back.

What I didn't like is;

On Ipad air, it has really serious fps problem. I don't think its my device because I have played ue4 games on this device without having bad fps. At least they could add graphic options.

Story mode is kinda weird, I thought I can enjoy that but its really really weird. I got bored after %27

In combat, sometimes I attack but it doesnt hit. Nothing happens, then enemy attacks me and I got rekt. Its a serious bug.

Only 4 chars, there are only different skins with different skills, but its a freaking same character. So its boring, more unique chars needed.

Overall it gets boring after a while, maybe i'll consider to buy again if they change things, for now nay

 

There are 8 characters
Plus variants which have different special attack.
They are more than just skins.
Nora,l attack don't cause damage.
It multiply the strength of you
R super attack. And when super. Attack is high you can one hit kill your enemy.

IF THE # BELLOW THE EMEMY HEALTH IS YELLOW, OR HIGHER THAN YOUR HELTH.
STAY CLEAR!!!!! - he can one hit kill u

To diminish this number use range attack.

THE FRAME RATE IS AN ISSUE- here is how I have made it better.
Close all apps open in the back drown.
And then turn on do not disturb on .
