SOLD! Was really keen on picking this up despite the glowing reviews, but the mention of Dissidia didnt only push me over the fence, it pushed me to the next town.
Yeah, I get that there's a Civilization component. But was more curious about the combat, which doesn't look anything like SC or MK. Hell, I'll give it a shot.
I actually gets more intense as you keep going. Best fight so far involved taking back a city that had gone to the enemy.
It is odd that they don't really mention much of anything about that side of the gameplay in the description and screenshots. Oh well, for $3, I'm gonna bite.
It supports landscape mode so I'd really want to give it a go Has anyone played this on iPad Air? I'm wondering if it's laggy; graphics are amazing judging from the screenshots but very few games with such high graphics are running flawlessly on my first gen Air Thanks in advance
If you're wondering why the city management stuff isn't mentioned in the app description, it's because it was just recently added in an update, and Ayjona seemingly doesn't know that side of the game. My download failed (thanks iOS 10!) and I'm doing it all over again. You have no idea how jealous I am of you guys.
Awesome! Just installed it and only played few fights but didn't have time to go into story mode to learn about city management party. The flighting is awesome with 3D instead of 2D fighting. The motion is fluent and doesn't have any lag between the button pressing and executing the sequence of moves! The animation during fight is entertaining and fun... This is an awesome game for $2.99! Def worth cup of coffee!
Not sure I'm completely getting the city management stuff. Just randomly choosing things to build and going through the encounters. But the combat is awesome. Very fluid, fast and great looking. I did get stuck on one of the loading screens and had to force close it. Also generates quite a bit of heat on my iPhone 6S+. Definitely well worth the $3 though.
you have convinced me a few times you and MetalCasket i look closely at your reviews because we have similar tastes in games maybe a tutorial for the city managing part would be good the fighting is easy to get but this is a gem for only $3 can't really play right now so I can't wait to get home and dive more into it
I've just played the tutorial very quickly in the bus while going home and it looks awesome!... Although I'll have to play it again to fully remember how to do everything. I'm getting too old for this! #
