Just Pre-Ordered Mafia 2 for when it comes out here on the 27th. For the people that alreayd have it in america, how is it?

I got flamed for saying it could be terrible.... AND IT WAS PRETTY BAD!

 

Some annoying kid on Facebook just posted about how awesome Mafia II is. A few weeks back he was praising Naughty Bear and look at the reception that game got:

Eh, doesn't automatically mean Mafia 2 will be bad though, it's not like his brain is completely backwards and good games are bad and bad games are good. Maybe he just really really likes killing bears...

Although Naughty Bear did suck, there hasn't been a good game like that since... Fur Fighters.

 

I'd still say that Mafia 2 will be a good experience, but not at full price. Definitely a fun rental.

 

Don't hate on the Fur Fighters brah, I had that sh!t for the Dreamcast and I loved it's stupidity ahahhaha

Yeah but... Mafia II definitely doesn't qualify as awesome, so he really is wrong.

I hope RAGE isn't delayed to 2012. Lots of games nowadays have been pushed backed ( Crysis 2, BRINK, Test Drive Unlimited 2)

The one driving game I was looking forward to

 

I'd honestly rather they be pushed back then pay $60 for a good game that could've been great. Gotta be honest, though, I'm not looking as forward to Christmas as I used to. I get to play the new NFS game, which looks fantastic, and Black Ops, which is pretty much the same formula with new maps and weapons.

 

If I were a Gold subscriber I'd be really pissed right about now, MS is increasing the subscription by $10. It wasn't really worth the asking price before, but now? They just want to see how much money they can steal before the gamers speak up, then they'll probably apologise and throw them a free XBLA game.
