Thanks for the video, I can't wait for this one either, I'm a big fan of DotA and LoL on the PC, this looks like it has similar mechanics, only as a third person shooter. Yummm
I just ordered a brand spanking new Xbox Slim =D (my old faithful seems to have RROD for the 24th and last time. goodnight, sweet prince)
so do I... My Xbox's ethernet port just had to start screwing itself up. I shipped it off and now it wont get back till the end of August
I'm am going to kill a small animal. I had five deaths, exactly 5 deaths in my Limbo run-through, and I didn't get the $#@%ing achievement.
Monday Night Combat was basically the reason I decided to lay my old Xbox to rest and get a new one. If all goes according to my plan, it should arrive on release day, or the day before if I'm lucky. I really hope it's as good as it looks.
YES! YES! OMG! I DID IT! I GOT THE "NO POINT IN DYING ACHIEVEMENT" IN LIMBO! ... erm, *cough*, yes, Monday Night Combat does look fantastic. The Tank has a freakin' jet engine for a weapon!
You also have to complete the playthrough in one sitting if I remember correctly. EDIT: Oh, looks like you got it after all. Fail. That's what I get for replying before reading the rest of the page.
I studied the game religiously and played it a good 6 times (sometimes making it halfway, sometimes 3/4 of the way before dying 5 times). Replayed certain parts like the "H", the buzz saws, and the gravity switching at the end and made sure I nailed them. Maybe a good 3 days including my first play through. It's not like I had any new games to take up my time, though, and APUSH reading is a bore. I don't know why I was so dead set on completing it, though. I really don't care too much about achievements. I was a shaky, nervous wreck towards the end.
Cuz I always clean up real nice when I'm messing around in Photobooth. Hey, I've got an idea, let's see a pic of you, LordVader. Show us one in your best Sunday outfit. I'll also ignore the fact that I'm severely creeped out that you have a picture I'm pretty goes over a year back.
Kamazar I meant the playthrough when you finally succeeded. And yeah, that end puzzle including the H sign are total bastards to time right.
I sped through it pretty fast, actually. I'd say a little under an hour or so. Died twice on the last H where you flip the gravity, and once towards the very end on the buzz saws when you have to jump, then the gravity flips you onto the ceiling next to the other saw.
