Goddamit. I was really looking forward to the 6 player co-op. Something to replace Castle Crashers. Ugh, Limbo has been the only good game to come out of Summer of Arcade. Beat it twice, even, which I rarely do with games.
Yeah, this summer of arcade kinda blows compared to the last few. We got some great games outta those, Braid, Castle Crashers, Bionic Commando, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Trials HD, and Shadow Complex. Damn, that was some good shit. Anyways, I know I will be picking up Monday Night Combat (played it at E3, it is awesome) and I will possibly get Lara Croft if the demo is any good.
Also there were a few better XBLA games that MSoft didnt put into the Summer of Arcade for some reason. Deathspank was pretty good, and coming up we have a shitload of great XBLA games like Scott Pilgrim, Shank (which is ****in amazing) and dead rising 2 case zero, all coming out within like 5 days of each other. Theres my summer of arcade right there.
Dead Rising 2 is gonna need some seriously good co-op to sell it for me. It's absolutely baffling watching a gameplay video with developer narration, because the game is basically identical to the first one yet they're going on and on about how different it is. The game is still timed as well, that was a common complaint about the first one. People just wanna mess about sometimes without restrictions. I'll buy it if the co-op works well, there are less load screens, and it has some kind of survival mode that doesn't suck like the first games survival did.

I like most of the Madden games. Didn't like '09, but yeah. Though I am not very good at them at all... lol
