Agreed. But oooooh was I annoyed with the slugs attached to my head and steering me to my doom. That poor boy dies such gruesome deaths.
Once you get all the secret eggs (not the achievement ones, there's even more ridiculous ones that give you over 100% completion), it raises your % by 8% I guess. The last 3% for the full 111% is by beating the game with less than five deaths in ONE sitting.
Yeah, I saw that as one of the achievements. Everyone I know that's played it agrees it's ridiculous.
Has anyone tried Deathspank? I'm trying to decide whether between that or LIMBO, I'm not that sure about LIMBO although everyone says it's so amazing but I hate short games.
Quality over quantity, guy. Limbo isn't too short. If you sit down and devote your entire evening to the game and you aren't too dim, yeah, you'll probably beat it. But it's alluring in the same way Portal was, along with a fantastic noir art style. I can't personally say that Deathspank isn't as good since I've never played it, but it by no means looks as unique as an experiences as Limbo.
Finally got to rank 22 in Bad Company 2. I would've got there earlier but Limbo and Transformers: War For Cybertron got me sidetracked.
Transformers WFC is awesome, although I wish more people were playing it. Activision barely did any advertising and there's only like 100-200 people on the PC at any given time.
I agree, it is awesome. But it's not much different on Xbox unfortunately. There are a couple thousand people on at any time (still small fry compared to the tens of thousands on Bad Company, Halo, or Modern Warfare), but still, some playlists like CTF are nearly empty.
When I get my xbox (About $20 off now) What game should I get with it, I'm leaning toward Halo 3, but I'm also looking at Call of duty: Modern warfare (Both 15 bucks used at Gamestop)
If you're 14 or under buy Halo and prepare to have your life changed. For actual war, BFBC2 is probably the closest big name game. CoD:MW is a great FPS but the multiplayer doesn't feel anything like a war, it feels like a bunch of guys thrown into a computer game deathmatch.
