Wondering on Fable 3, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and MABYE Reach if I'm going to a bording school :/ *sigh*
Loved the first. If only my Xbox hadn't scratched the disc to the point where the game was unplayable. I just hope it isn't just more of the same, cuz I honestly don't what else they could add to it. It was fun, sure, but I can only fling so many startroopers into a window before getting bored.
ughh. i have the first on the wii and itwas terrible. tried the demo for the xbox and i actually really liked it
I got kinda bored playing the first game. It was great fun to start but the gimmick got old a while before the end. To be honest I'm just expecting exactly the same but maybe with another quick gimmick thrown in as a new "exciting" move.
I'm thinking the gimmick might be Kinect support. I know they mentioned something along the lines of an motion-control exclusive from Lucas Arts, but I wouldn't be surprised.
I HATED TFU. Absolutely ridiculous bosses that rape you hardcore, those shadow troopers were magnetized to the ground or something so you couldn't push them, even though you can pull down a f*cking star destroyer. Speaking of the star destroyer, that part was also a pain in the ass. Targetting was shitty, lightsaber duals were physically painful, and the story was monotonous. I could go on and on. The ONLY part I actually enjoyed was playing as Vader in the beginning.
The Jedi Knight/Jedi Academy series was the best lightsaber-action game IMO. A current-gen game really needs to be made.
The Jedi Knight/Academy games were awesome on PC simply because you could set hotkeys for spawning allies/enemies and create your own epic lightsaber battles. I'd have upward of 50 people jumping and flipping around the Death Star, locked in combat
Spawning in like 50 Reborns + Desann and 50 Jedi + me were actually the most epic Jedi wars ever. Also, Kyle Katarn is a pretty awesome character.
I'm leaning more to Kamazar's side with this one, I didn't have any trouble with the combat, controls or the bosses. The Star Destroyer part took longer than was really necessary, but it wasn't difficult.
