I wish there was a single game I wanted so I could take advantage of black friday deals.

 

We didn't even have any sales over here, but I'm in the same position as you so I don't feel as though I've missed out

 

Got Skyrim for ten dollars off today. Holy crap. That's all that needs to be said.

 

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that Outrun Online Arcade is currently on sale for 400 MSPs and is scheduled to be pulled from the Xbox Live Marketplace sometime in December. Get it nao!!!!

 

I got Rocksmith for $50+tax, Assassin's Creed II for $10, Dirt 3 for I think it was $15+tax, Forza 4 for $27 (or something like that), and a 2nd xbox (250 GB Holiday Bundle with Fable III, Halo Reach and 3 months Gold) for $200+tax. Oh, and 2x 1600 points for $20, due to Google offers deal ($40 to spend at newegg for $20).

 

Cheats?

Does anyone have any modern warfare 3 cheats or is the game too new to have any yet? Would like some help. If you can say it in the thread or message me, that would be great.

 

There are none... My tip is just play eventually you'll get the hang of it. Also DO NOT associate glitching with cheats. Cheats would be put in on purpose, Glitching will get you banned.

 

What is "glitching"?

 

Exploiting glitches in a game. For example, jumping through a wall and out of the play area so you can shoot other players without them being able to shoot you.

 

Ah, thanks. Yeah, if they're doing that intentionally, that's bullshit, but I have to say, why is the solution to ban them? Why isn't the solution, fix the glitch?

 

I don't know the specifics about MW3 because I don't own it, but previous versions of the game were subject to glitching by means of hacking the actual console/server/game code itself, which seems like good enough reason for a ban. If it's just regular people who wanted to speed things up using a few tricks they found I'd think a simple stat wipe would be enough.

 

I just got MW3 My first Call of Duty game so I'm confused.

 

Anyone else not liking the new dashboard? Each category has two menu items and five advertisements some of which are video. The games list has been replaced with giant box artwork meaning I have about 20 pages of games to scroll through every time I want to play something. You can't even pull up a plain list of titles on your hard drive through the overlay UI which I find incredibly frustrating. It's pretty clear the UI is designed around the kinnect because it's a pain in the ass to navigate using a controller.

 

I hate it too, I also hate kinect, lol

 

Press the shoulder buttons, lol. (The smaller clicky ones)

 

I've been using the shoulder buttons to navigate since the first dashboard but that barely makes scrolling through everything on the system 5 items at a time easier to swallow.
