I couldn't get into Geometry Wars at all, but not sure I should judge it as it's not my favorite category of games, though I do like Robotron 2084 and am pleased as punch to have gotten a code for it off ebay (the game is no longer available otherwise). Haven't had a chance to try it yet. Well, it's not available in the US. I don't know about elsewhere. I like Dance Masters (Kinect), though, and that was a recent, here reported as lame, demo, so perhaps you should judge me. I also rather like Kinect Sports and even Kinect Adventures and I'd like to pick up a fitness "game" for it. Yeah, Kinect is fine by me. But the bowling sucks. Play the bowling in Wii Sports Resort or Wii Sports. WAY better. I anxiously await news of any kind on a sequel to Trials HD, which I hope dearly will have vastly improved level sharing including sharing without being friends, rating levels, searching for them, etc. It could be exactly the same as Trials HD, even the exact same levels and level editor, just with that added, and I'd be pleased as punch and would download it day 1.
I need to grab one of those used. There are some epic exclusive games that I'd love to get my hands on!
Crysis 2 mp demo is out, couldn't play it though because my POS Internet took waaaay too long to even get to 50%

Don't fughettabout the Bulletstorm demo, thats out too. And tomorrow we get Breach, looks pretty damn fun.
Gah, the Crysis 2 demo keeps kicking me out of matches before they start. Maybe I'll try it on the Slim tomorrow.

... I was joking. I own a PS3 myself as there are some great exclusives (inFamous, Uncharted, LBP etc) that I must have, I just know how it gets people fired up in this thread particularly. Anyway, For those people here who have the Bulletstorm demo, what do you think of the game? I watched a gameplay video of the demo on YouTube and it looks pretty sick, especially when you can kick a player making it go into slow motion so you can destroy his body with bullets in mid air.
Erm... Yeah? That doesn't conflict with what I said. I was trying it on my old 360. By Slim I meant the new black one. The 360 S or whatever they call it. Oh, and thanks, Slapshot, for the siggie. So Crysis 2 finally let me in, and I gotta say it's pretty fun. Seemed to be a lot of lag, but gameplay was great otherwise. The level they chose is small horizontally, but there are enough vertical levels to make up for it.
I wanna play them demos but its ****in finals week and I need to do well. At least on the ones for tomorrow I do.
Just had some fun with the Crysis 2 demo, not too shabby but it pretty much sold me on getting the PC version. The controls felt a bit sluggish and 6V6 is quite pitiful when compared to the insane 16V16 on Crysis Wars. The visuals were great for a 360 game but I can't wait to see what it looks like on the PC version.
I considered the possibility, but with the open invitation to flame... ...oh, and jokes by their very nature should be humorous. Sluggish... or realistic? There was yet another keyboard & mouse vs controller war on GFAQs recently. Just last night I was looking for a ME2 video on YouTube... when I found one it was the PC version and oh man, the mouse control made it look terrible. Somehow Shepard was able to flick himself 180 degrees within a nano second, his aiming appeared more like teleportation than actually moving a pair of human arms due to the unrealistically fast and accurate mouse control and it just made the movement look really weird and incredibly fake.
I'm quite sure Crysis sells itself as more of an arcade shooter rather than a realistic one. The ME2 PC controls were fine, as long as you have a high sensitivity mouse you'll always be turning really fast in any game. Anyway, I always prefer using a mouse to aim but that's just me. Maybe it didn't have enough aim assist as I would have liked. I love the new mechanics though like the ability to jump over most things and even the slide which gave me a small taste of Brink.
Does anyone know a trick to get free coins on Madden 11? Everyone is AMAZING on Ultimate team and I have know clue how the get that good.
