I don't think any of the characters are 1 dimensional, the most probably Uzuki? (I hope I got her name right) the female reaper that keeps complaining to her always relaxed mate Kariya

Looks like you are the problematic one here.

What do you mean on the DS you need another DS and two carts? In DS, you can get Aliens which give up to 100 mingle PP and it's worth 900 BPP equivalent. With 3 to 4 aliens, your pin is guaranteed an evolution.

With the iOS, it's impossible. Just because you have "few hundred so relatives and friends" does not mean we have that too. And btw, not many of us here can afford the game. So stop being such a jerk. The only baby I'm seeing here is you. I bet you haven't even finish the game...

He made it sound like two people mingle via the Internet. Plus I thought he was talking about the DS version. If that's not true than my previous statements are fairly useless.

    Advice on pins and partner

The game is awesome! I am truly enjoying this although I have been very vocal about Square not making this universal and not true retina for the new ipad.

I have a question about using pins and my partner... The issue I am running into is that some pins require me to press the enemy and it will attack the enemy... But this clicking the enemy also activates my partner... So how do I click the enemy and call for my partner instead of use my pin etc... Or the reverse...

Any ideas? Maybe I am missing something?

    pin and sub

Can anyone please explain exactly how to do this? I am unsure how to mark a pin as sub? I currently have the ability to have 4 pins active and am struggling with pins that require me to click the enemy... This always summons my partner.

Unfortunately, partner pin cannot marked as a sub, so even when you are using a sub pin, your partner will still appears..

    pin and sub

I figured out how to make a pin a sub... All you need to do is double tap the pin and it say's sub... It actually works well.

When you go to the pin menu you'll see your deck lining the top. Tap a pin and it will have green brackets showing its selected. Tap it again and it will show a pink tab that says SUB.

Generally you want your partner to show up. Since you're attacking with both people you'll be charging the sync counter quickly.

When activating sub for tapping you'll still call your partner but you can tap WITHOUT sub to drain your partner pin then use sub to tap and activate your power.

Actually sometimes just spamming tap and unleashing both the pin and the partner is not that bad too isn't it?

Man the storekeepers are really annoying with the side comments D:

Strange because I've always gained shutdown PP just by switching out of the app. That 7 days trick sounds awesome, gotta try it!

    How important/ useful is mingling?

To access the game's superboss and obtain a good headwear and the best pin in the game. Sounds important?

Very. Haha it's like having a charmeleon and it's unable to evolve to a charizard. Good pins cannot be evolved which is a pain. Still, it won't affect the story, just that u will miss out on stuff

To be honest, there isn't any good pins that can be obtained from mingle pp. The best pins available even before post game are obtained via SDPP. But you'll need a specific pin that can only be obtained via mingle pp to gain access to the game's superboss.

I think that quite subjective. It all depends on ur playstyle to determine what's a "good" pin.

Nah, it's not subjective. The best pins of the game are the
    Darklit planet deck

I'm curious about not being able to reach the superboss. Is there any quest item or walls who need specific mingle pp pin evolution ?

Edit : the most powerful pin in the game is now Lightning rook, based on GipFace post in gamefaqs forum

Best in terms of firepower yea, but I don't think it's very well rounded. There are many other different decks that work as well!

Well, the idea of best pin/set in TWEWY is the one who can kill enemies faster. I agree that there are other pin sets who excel in defense, partner attack and healing.

There's a pig noise that you need to clear to gain access to the superboss. The pig noise can only be defeated with "Velocity Tackle" MPP evolution of "Velocity Attack".

Btw, I was wrong about the Darklit planet pins. They can be acquired without killing the superboss since Black Jupiter which is dropped by the superboss is sold at WildKat. I've just got my Darklit planet deck. They are crazy strong. I hit up to 200+ damage per hit for a total of 9 shots in Ultimate mode.

Ah, i see. In my experience, you can defeat specific pin pig with partner attack. Grind your partner attack power with food, equip ATK thread, use pins that stop pig movement, and attack non stop with your partner. I dont know if fusion works or not.

Wildkat will sold one of the black planet pin randomly. Its file specific so you cant get a different one in one save file. You are very lucky to get black jupiter because its only dropped by superbosd
