You havent played any TellTale games ? I would play the Walking Dead by TellTale games, been voted one of the best iOS games by a fair few sites.
I will give it a shot. Really like the storytelling and choices presented in Sorcery! But this game seems to offer a similar experience just more cinematic, rather than old school.
Thanks! I tried out walking dead and it's definitely a lot of fun so I am gonna go with wolf among us. Appreciate the recommendation!
How does this run on an iPad 4? Does it have shadows and lightning? The walking dead looked really flat on iOS devices.
There are shadows on the iPad 3 version, so I'm sure it will look and perform even better on the iPad 4.
Anyone confirm? Downloaded onto the 5s but thinking this game might be better suited on the ipad 4. Want to be able to shift from one to the next. Walking Dead didn't have icloud sync, so guessing this one doesn't either.
I agree. I am blown away by the quality of this. The dialogue, the story telling, the style, music and animations (!) - amazing. Damn this is good. I want more.
Dear Telltale, Thank you for making my GOTY decision much, MUCH easier. Your products quite frankly market the iPad more effectively than any other promotion could. Your wildly successful merging of the comic and iOS game formats represents both a joy in gameplay and a remarkable bolstering of the notion of "Premium" games on the iOS that should demand "Premium" prices. If you could possibly take a look at adapting titles like "Preacher, "Transmetropolitan," "Sandman, "100 Bullets," "DMZ," "Hellblazer," "The Invisibles," or "Y-The Last Man," I will purchase the complete runs the instant I am able to do so. And thanks. DBC
I wasn't sure at first I loved walking dead but never heard of this one before but after watching the video thought I'd give it a go as it looks good. Just downloaded and going to try soon, I love fantasy but the premise just sounded silly to me but I guess I'll find out what I really think after I go through it first hand. Judging by comments here I'm sure I'll love it.
I'll admit, when I first heard of "Fables," like 100 years ago now, I was like, "WTH? Really?" The connection to Neil Gaiman's "Sandman" sold it for me, and I'm grateful it did, because Willingham is brilliant, and his take on the subject matter is anything but childish or silly in any way. Realizing it might sound odd, his "Fables" universe is very mature, not to mention captivating. Flash forward to Telltale's take on Willingham's "Fables" universe? I will be extremely surprised if you don't enjoy this... DBC
Wow, some really nice ipad retina graphics in this one, just started the game, but seems great so far.
01 dream: Telltale working with Neil Gaiman and adapting SANDMAN. Neil Gaiman is already interested in games and working on Wayward Manor, so let's dream...
