Thank you for your reply! By the way, I have read and watched some reviews and this game has got very good ratings!! However, I am afraid that these panels are monotonous and maybe you do the same thing all over again with slight differences. You have to go from point A to point B. Are these all the puzzles of the game or it changes? I am afraid to watch the videos of youtube due to spoilers. I like very very very much the three ROOM games because they have different puzzles and you feel you are inside the game, inside the room. It's like you touch the screen of the mobile or the tablet but you actually turn the object, etc. Do you have this immersive - interactive feeling in this game as well?
    Thank you.

Just tried with my Gamevice and can confirm the game supports mfi controllers - the Gamevice is kind of ideal actually as then it’s easy to reach the screen for the gestures needed on the screen

Edit ah, just realised a and b on the controller go into the “interaction” screen so you don’t need to touch the screen after all, I think I prefer to however it seems made for the touchscreen interaction

As a side note cloud save seems built in and seamless, I just played on my iPad and then opened on the iPhone and it launched at the same spot - excellent

How badly does it drain the battery on iphone 7?

    Does it support cloud saves?

That's a tough thing to answer because it depends on how you like these sorts of puzzles. There's definitely one area in the game which I think is extended a bit too long for it's own good, but I can say that I was never bored during the game. You will NOT be doing the same thing over and over again. Yes, every puzzle is an A to B puzzle... but they are so much more than that as well. It's a bit of a meaningless simplification of the game to say that they are all maze puzzles, just like it's a bit of a meaningless simplification of The Room to say that all you do is open boxes. It's the *how* of the game that makes it special.
I wouldn't say this game feels as tactile on an iPad as the Room games or similar, but solving the puzzles themselves is quite comfortable under the fingers. And the puzzles are, in my humble opinion, much more varied, interesting, and sophisticated than any other puzzle game I've played before, DESPITE how similar the puzzles may look at first glance.

The Witness is one of those games that's really hard to sell because it seems like such an inane concept - 'mazes' on an island - but it's a really special game, something that will even affect how you see the world (no, I'm not lying here, and many people who have played the game will attest to this fact!). It's one of my all time favourites, and you won't find anything else quite like it.

Battery drain actually seems quite minimal on my iPad Air 2.

Thank you again! I understand and I trust you. It seems that it has a variety. Can you please tell us how is frame rate? This game is on PC and consoles and I don't know if this port handles the graphics well. It's a demanding game because it's an open island and not just small rooms. If it has a good framerate, then I will buy it. I had bought some weeks ago "ticket to earth" but after a while I realized that it lacks the variety that I wanted. Maybe this game is the one that I seek. I hope also "The Talos Principle" will be out on iOS soon!!

Nope, just this one for touch.

Seems to be 30fps locked on my iPad Pro 10.5.

    SPOILER(S) WARNING

A brief introduction to "in what way", via Extra Credits: https://youtu.be/ENbisjiIbVc

A longform documentary exploring "in what way", brought to by NoClip (Danny O'Dwyer) https://youtu.be/YdSdvIRkkDY

There are also some stunning speedruns out there.

I know it's kind of a divisive ("pretentious") one, BUTT I love this game so much. Five fave games ever! Had to come chime in. :) Please, enjoy the game! And enjoy the documentary!

P.S.: Check out FEZ and Stephen's Sausage Roll as well, especially if you end up enjoying The Witness!

    Graphical glitch

There is a very weird graphical glitch on my iPad Air 2 iOS 11. There is a constant white line in the upper left . At first I thought it was a scratch on my screen , but that was not the case . The white line is constant , but because of the white color , really visible in dark areas

Edit : the line is also visible on my iphone

That isn't a glitch. It's an indication to tap that corner to access the game settings.
