I think it needs good textures

Yes and a lot more geometry and shader effects it's hard to judge from screens but the lightning should be a lot better than that.Birds, animals, sand storms, san dunes lens flare etc. are missing but I think they will be added sooner or later. The hover bike looks too big tbh./end of rant.:)

P.s textures specially look outdated imo kotor has great sand textures it would be great to have those kind of textures here,Ofcourse screen shots always look worse than a game in motion so I have no idea as to how it looks until we see a gameplay video that would give us a better idea.

Wow, coming along awesome. Still digging the while hostile planet survival deal. Sci-fi vibe is neat, The Wild has potential to bring players who love the forest and DayZ to ios for a unique experience. Excited for more and keep on going!!!

I really don't know why there is a hover bike and it could be simply a bicycle

    Sigh, dear lord.

Please add jetpacks and plasma grenades, and lots of lens flares please, lens flares are kewl, Battlefield says so.

    Smh, aaaaanyway.

The textures and geometry are fine.

Aaaaanyway, hoverbike design is fantastic, and the maps look even bigger than in the beginning, I'm loving the kind of sci-fi turn this project is taking.

    Keep up the good work!

    Wow

Love the new update post. However the hover car looks a little chunky and big. Also to all the people complaining about graphics and stuff you gotta realize this is on ios, not high end pcs or consoles.

Don't like the hover bike idea. I thought this was set on an island where you have nothing but a few resources and a fire, where did the hover bike suddenly come out from?

And seriously? jet packs? Plasma grenades?

Twigs and a bow and arrow fit this much better

Agreed. I think the hover bike is out of place. I think a WWII era jeep or motorcycle would be better for this game.

I second this, hover bike doesn't belong in a survival game.Plasma and grenades have no place in a game like this it's not a shooter.A good ole shotgun would be a better fit.

We don't have plasma or future grenades, indeed we have a spas12 shotgun for the underground caves. I'll put up weapons and tools so you can see that we've kept the gritty brutal feel. We chose a little Dune inspired setting to have it be genuinely unique when comparing to DayZ, Rust, The Forest. :)

Ik I love the sifi turn it's taking too. I wasn't really looking forward to only WW2 era weapons n devices. But I know I'll love this game. I really can't wait to see some gameplay.

You guys should really try to get the grass and plants to move when you walk through them.

Oh I would love to see those,If the weapons are modelled after fallout type style then I would be very happy.:)
On that note why not have some gruesome slowmo kills (limbs blowing apart)fallout style eh?:)

Now that's an amazing idea!! A fallout game this big for ios is VERY much needed. I hope that game will start to influence you guys too #

Why? Just why? I'm slowly losing hope on an amazing game!! People are talking about jet packs, plasma grenades and there's a hover bike. This is survival right? Not a futuristic RPG shooter. That's what it's turning into.

From earlier screen shots it looked like there was a forest. That's still on right?

    Anonomation,

No plasma anything or jet packs lol still brutal melee, firearms will be rare same with ammo, and nothing automatic- pistol, shotgun and bolt action. Moreover the deep underground bunkers will be a significant piece to the gameplay. As some have said in the forums recently, there's a bit of a Fallout/Dune feel and I couldn't agree more. We're not going anywhere near corny 70s sci fi. :)
