    how do you get fire wood for the camp fire

    do you think it will work on ipod5

    this is the only ios game I'm looking foreword to.

    Will the mutants always be in that form? And it would be so so awesome if the militia had a tribal style to them like the native people of the island on farcry 3!! # instead of looking like a military style militia. I'm dreaming of a game like this that has people that look like that.

    I only have two questions because the game looks amazing:

    1: Wen is the beta release or actual release scheduled for?
    2:please Please Please can you make this available for 4S and iPad 3? XD

    PS: I used to have a house in VT so it's so cool to see someone making a game inspired by the beautiful state :)

    TG stated that they'll have the game ready to be shipped out to app store for A7 chipsets only, but they shall (Given enough time) reduce the requirements to fit that of older gen devices.

    We've been hard at work optimizing and we think we found a good way to make sure more devices are included in v1 launch- long story short we're making custom shaders and using an all new mobile render.

    We've found a new way to include some more devices using custom shaders and a new mobile optimized render system. I'll make sure to keep y'all in the loop about optimization, but as a two man operation we must first make sure content is A+ (bunch of new screens tomorrow night).

    Launching a Kickstarter campaign could help us by means of hiring an additional dev member specificially for optimization so everyone can enjoy this on launch day. It will also give clay and I more time to launch with more content and features like faction behavior and fishing.

    Ever hike mt.mansfield or camels hump? That's are main source of inspiration for the game world island!! :)

    That's what I did except we usually would go in the winter instead and nah I used to go to Jeffersonville to go snowboarding at Smugglers Notch, so I know how awesome VT is when it's snowy but also how good the setting could be for a game like this :)
    Edit: Actually now that I think of it I had gone to a timeshare in Burlington and we'd go hiking but I can't remember the name of the place XD. I remember I lost my fishing pole one time and had to go swimming through the stream to get it >.<

    We have 3 years experience using unity for various client products. We are not from big studios. Clay and I live and work together in a studio flat- we take 12 hr dev shifts. We are on mission to bring The Wild to the iOS ! We both fell in love with dayz and rust, and are burning to bring experiences like that to mobile. We are living and breathing The Wild until this game freaking is insanely great!

    cant believe i haven't ask this one yet but how are the controls going to be like? i hope classic (virtual pad/swipe for camera). and also will this have controller support?!!

    Yep! We have both the classic touch pad controls and support game controllers.
