Any fans of this show HAVE to give the game a download: http://www.telltalegames.com/walkingdead I'm an hour and a half into it and it's absolutely AMAZING! More like a 'choose-your-own-adventure' interactive story than an actual game... but the visuals and storyline so far are fantastic!
I've read some of the comics but somehow the fact this show even existed passed me completely by. Pretty crazy two seasons and I'd never knew till this thread popped up today.
Okay I know this might sound childish and after all I'm 14, but like a week or two ago we got FOX to Finland and Walking Dead is there. Just how scary is this?
Comic was interesting the plot of them was pretty good zombiefare, if the series is faithful there is probably a good bit of gore, death, sex and violence. I'm about 30 minutes into the opening episode I just wanted to see if I'd be interested in the rest of them so far it does seem to follow the comic very closely. iTunes only has season one unfortunately but I'm resourceful and if I like it enough I'm sure I'll find the second somewhere.
It doesnt follow the comics just in general direction. They go to the same places but the stories are quite different to the comics. I would give examples but that would entail spoilers so I wont bother. Youll see yourself in a short while.
