I play on my droid..I also play with changing the date and time on my device. Currently I am stuck on level 73. They aren't giving me any more tasks, so I'm at a standstill.
No Icebreakers, No Two-handed Saws.. I too have been trying for about 4 days now, a variety of things-- different times on the Mills, new Mills, old Mills.... I haven't found a single one. The drop rate was great on all the other things. I was really excited cause I figured this holiday quest they must have developed better. But no... no no. It's Halloween all over again. I get to watch the time just tick down, working my butt off to complete the quest, and will fail epically because I don't have the gems to bypass their poor programming. The only reason I won't buy gems is because there's no confirmation for spending them. It's sooo easy to accidentally spend them that it's not worth it to me to ever have any.
Issue with saws and icebreakers So just an update. They emailed me and had me send screen shots of the quest and my frozen Island. I also gave them screen shots of the thread there to show them it isn't a user issue but a gameplay issue. Hopefully they will fix the issue. I really love this game.
Saws and Icebreakers Add me to the list of people who have been trying for days and have received nothing. Very frustrating. I am not even going to try anymore until we have some kind of resolution to the issue.
I was wondering how to get lumber besides the sawmill I can't upgrade my main house until I get 1 more house and for that I need lumber

This quest was carefully checked by our specialists and I can assure you that all items in the game will appear, but there is a certain amount of luck involved. Some items are harder to come by than others. Keep searching and I am sure you will succeed very soon. All your efforts will pay off!" *ROTFLMAO* Yeah. Right.
Just received saws and ice breakers !!!! Opened my game (not even on Marble Fiord) and receved all items. Went to Marble Fiord and quest was immediately completed... Whoopie... Maybe that tree will get lit in time for Christmas after all. Merry Christmas everyone !
On marble ford I just got a saw and something else even though I don't have that quest yet. They didn't end up in my backpack either. I'm still trying to get ornaments from the yeti. Grrrr
Either I was right on my time guess or they just decided the easiest fix was to give everyone the items.

Me too! Got the saw and ice pick as soon as I opened the game! Got the ice hill and now I'm waiting for the tree to be decorated! Happy Christmas everyone and thanks to all who helped me out with advice and answers!
Problem with AppStore... who couyld help me? Hi everybody, Today, when I was playing TribeZ - I play with my 6yo son -, he bought for accident too much coins, and I needed to turn my phone off before the transaction was made (the password was still active). Now, when I open TribeZ, it shows the window 'Could not complete purchase', but I can't click in 'Ok' button (I touch it but nothing goes)... and the game keeps unaccessible behind that window. I ever logged off and on, as well as my iPhone, but the windows keeps there, and we can't play anymore... What if I uninstall and reinstall TribeZ, will I lose all the purchases I've done? Could someone help me to pass over this window? Thanks in advance, Sergio
