Upgrade I did a hard reset on my iPhone once and everything came back. Another time I did it and got to start again.
Drop Rate Awful! ( My drop rate to get presents from the Ancient Bars is terrible Trying over and over again to get the last two. I have four bars..maybe I need more??
Finally got final presents by doing 3 minute jobs for 45 minutes!! Now I have to kill Yetis to get more stuff!
Got 3 stone processing mills and 3 sawmills going every 30 minutes for a couple of days now and nothing. Tried building a new sawmill and upgrading it to see if that would pop a quest item, but still nothing. Either to drop rate is so incredibly small we will never get all the items in time, or it is broken. Does anyone else thing the game developers are evil? The drop rate on the last item in many quests is often at least 10 times rare than the earlier drops, so you make good progress until you spend days or even weeks waiting for that last drop. I'm sure it is all designed to frustrate us to the point of buying gems. At level 68 and I haven't bought any so far and don't plan to.
Stone processing and saw mills I have a bunch of each and have tried all different combinations. Since none of us have managed to get anything the drop rate is less than .1%, broken or keyed to a date. I think I will send this discussion to game insight
Marble ford search Has anyone managed to find an icebreaker/saw?? I am beginning to wonder if I should simply stop searching!
I've also had no luck in getting either the saw or the pick and have been trying constantly for the last few days. It's frustrating to say the least.
Same here, do they really think we are going to spend money on a game this is always so broken.... Too bad because the game has great graphics.
I've stopped wasting resources and time on this on till one till we hear fom the support folks. Running out of things to do now as I've only got this quest line left till we get the continuation of the last island quest line released.
24 bars & 24 stone mills...still no saws or picks. Can only imagine its either broken or date related. Either way, I'm running out of time to light the tree...bah humbug!
Me too! Been trying different amounts over and over for four days and haven't got a single drop yet! Anyone with ideas??
Marble island not collecting anything Has anyone had the issue where their marble island isnt collecting anything? I completed the quest before the yeti one (found out from someone else the next quest) and now everytime i go into the marble island to collect nothing stays in my bank when i leave. Ive emailed game insight but no response other than they received it. I've exited the game, rebooted my ipad and still not working. Any ideas? Thanks everyone for your help.
No items I have not been able to find them either and I have the 20% drop bonus as well. I have been doing the same thing....thirty minutes and nothing from the sawmill or the stone cutting. I also put in a ticket. No response yet but I just put in the ticket. I will update everyone once I get a response as well.
