I'm on the same collect the crystals quest and it has 2 objectives: collect 5 red and 5 blue crystals. After I bought the territory with statue at island of the ancients i got another quest called "Collect the energy crystals" with same objectives. Been doing it for few days and drop rate sucks, even with spirit of the great fortune buff. Try to write a ticket, explain that game bugged and u didn't get the quest on first island.
No regrowing of trees and bushes? Hello, Has anyone else noticed that since the last update no weeds, bushes or trees regrow anymore? I am on the 4th island and still need to find some flower bouquets and have a hard time finding the flowrs since no more bushes regrow I even bought an extension to get more bushes and still no flowers were found.
Uhm, the quest has 2 parts: collect 5 red and collect 5 blue. The quest appears on both island of ancient and ancestor atoll. The red crystal you find in ancient will be counted toward both quest, and vice versus (forgive me if I got the crystal colour wrong). I'm not sure what you mean by 'you didn't get the quest on first island' as you did mentioned you got the quest after buying the territory. If you mean the quest item didn't drop, it could just be extreme bad luck, as the buff is only 50% I think, say the quest item has a low drop rate 10%, then you could still fall in the bad luck zone (idk for sure what percentage the drop rate actually is). Anyway, just wait it out lol, if you have the buff, your chance is massively boost, so try to do as much searching as you can. Hope this help. I got the first med from shaman shop, so it's not a bug, the item will drop, just be patient lol or use crystal
I see that make your post so much clearer now well that drop rate buff is kinda crappy (I have only seen it once hence I can't remember how much it give), as it take way too long to activate it, so by the time I got it, all my quest is done -.- I don't know what they were thinking, make it appear once every week, sure, but once every like 20 days is bleh
Same here. No trees or treasures since the update on three of four islands. Still have the bug with workers clustered on one bridge on the 4th and no way to move them. Reported it before the update but still stuck. Bought up the new territory on the fourth island hoping that would get them moving but nothing. With no way to unlock the workers or anything else on that island, the new territory is growing trees and bushes galore on every available space. Dumb move on my part. No response from my email to game support after the update so I'm giving up and starting over if I still don't hear from them in a few days. Very frustrating.
Have you tried putting away some of the buildings close to the clustered worker away? Now the game level is capped at 74, who feel like this update is half ass
Yes, I put buildings away around the cluster but those areas still locked. But trees and bushes quickly filled in. I agree, big half ass update.
I had the cluster issue on the first island. It lasted a couple of days, and suddenly resolved after I: (1) set the Tribezmen to cutting trees and bushes, and (2) accidentally upgraded a nearby building (using gems). I'm not sure whether clearing trees, upgrading the buiding, or spending gems did the trick. But, you might give it a try. Good luck.
Thanks for the tip CCmccm but no such luck for me. So locked up I cant upgrade a building or clear trees on that island. Everywhere I click message is, "Cannot reach. You'll need to clear...". The first 3 times I contacted game support they responded pretty quickly. No resolution but at least I heard back from them. This time no response now for days so they must be bombarded with complaints about the latest update.
I found them to be pretty frustrating over the two weeks I dealt with them. We seemed to go over the same ground...me replying Id done what they asked, them replying for me to try what I'd already told them I'd done. I decided that English was definitely hard for them to understand....we finally got there in the end and I was reimbursed lost gems, plus had my friends code reinstated. Luckily I always keep my iTunes receipts. Wishing you good luck with them, resend your email again if need be, I had to do that ...then they did reply. Support definitely needs improvement along with the many game glitches which they don't seem to be in any hurry to resolve.
There's an option in game for 15 "guest workers" for 20 gems. I have no interest in spending that regardless, but does anyone know what that does? Like, how long it lasts?
I have been playing this game forever and I only just realised you can pick the little men up and drop them elsewhere! What a dope! Lol!

I've been playing the game daily for about 3 months. I too have been waiting patiently for over a month to be able to get sand and complete the quest. However without sand I'm unable to make any marble so my hands are tied when it comes to building or upgrading any buildings that need marble. Very frustrating! Any hints you can offer would be very welcome. Thanks for any ideas to assist.
Tribes. Sand Pit hints Is anyone having a problem with how long it takes to open a Sand Pit. The only clue is that a quest must be completed but doesn't give you any more help. Can some one please give me some pointers to help me out? I've been playing for about a month each day and keep trying out the sand pit on Island 3 but am told I must complete a Quest? can't do anything with marble because I need the and to make the marble??!!

Good tip but I have only one gem. I have a hopelessly deadlocked dead island and no way to progress on the other islands since I haven't unlocked coral on the dead island. Gonna wait for the next update and if that doesn't unlodge the workers I'm starting over with a brand new game. Thanks all. I get more support from you guys than I do from game support!
Why do you need gem? I was able to pick up my villager, drag them to the building that need work, and it will pop up the deal, and let me select which deal.
