Yay....more DV fans filtering over....love it Yeah, that darn plane made me pussy foot around it second time like a cat on a hot tin roof.....aptly named my GHOST PLANE.....there one minute, gone the next...pretty devastating having to start all over again especially when I was at lvl 21 or 22...too lazy to recheck Okay....regarding the cauldron.....no problem just wait till you reach level 5....doesn't take long to level up when you first start anyway. Are you close to lvl 5? You can also help things along by upping the happiness level (go to decorations and look at things you can buy with coins (not gems) that have a high happiness level.....can't think of the name now but the idol is around 30 happiness points and a star point or two? Star points are what cause your level to rise Cauldrons are also good happiness points (once you are lvl 5) but just be aware not to buy them like candy cause a quest will pop up asking you to build 5 cauldrons? Biggest piece of advice is to just wait on the quests, not get too carried away with clearing all trees and stone as these can be part of quest searches. Also another biggy......always be aware of your warehouse storage max limits.....if its already full or nearly and you clear trees for example....the profit from these won't count if already at max storage level, the wood just disappears into cyber space when it could have been used to help your storage level up.....sorry I hope this makes sense, already been mentioned by Jaz in much earlier post. Many helpful nuggets for you newer ones one here which also helped me heaps.... Such a shame, but in GC the only friends that are showing up is those playing on iPad like I am, so iPhone users aren't showing up
Darned if I know how Eugekava I was only moving something close to it when boom....it just went and all I was left with was the little camp fire.....can look back and laugh now, got plenty of ribbing from Jaz at the time.....actually it was a blessing in disguise cause I really enjoyed playing more second time round and so much wiser as Ive already said.....like my layout better and I even got nervously game enough to place my hot tubs to the rear left and right of the plane.....held my breath and was very careful though...,think I had got most quests from it first. Guess I liked the app too much to throw in the towel,,,,,really wish we could visit friends though....feels a bit of a lonely journey that way. Was perfect timing for a distraction from DV which was so boring just trying to get shrine to gold.....not really liking how greedy they are getting at BS
You should be fine mate.....exploring it wasn't ever an issue....I really feel it somehow mistook move for demolish.....but in a real glitch type way....I have already demolished a couple of stone quarries on second Island cause I no longer need so many plus some other stuff and whenever you go to demolish anything, it asks you if you are sure you want to demolish blah blah..,,well none of this happened with the plane.....it just went like bam....gone! Left me dumbstruck and I actually intially thought it was part of the game! A lot of emailing went on with their customer support over like two weeks. Very frustrating to deal with actually, but in the END I got reimbursued my lost gems (20) which were lost when I deleted the first app....crazy comminication though, extrememely annoying and way too drawn out to resolve a simple request....just be careful when moving things around the plane, then theirs other Things on second and third Islands but won't spoil it for you
Level 4 and the case of the locked cauldron Thanks girlpower for the hints and suggestions. I think tomorrow I will delete and reload the app. I don't have any way to collect coins, food, buy decorations or anything else. I can see my workers sitting on the paths waiting for something to do but Aurora is insisting that I buy the cauldron now and I can't because I am about halfway to level 5. It's great to be part of the Tribez and hopefully it will work next time. Maybe in the future the app will be Universal so the iPad and iPhone users will all appear.
Back to making nice with the locals I deleted, restarted and did not buy the Ancient Bar or Forester's Hut until prompted to do so. I guess I got ahead of the game the first time and proceeded with caution the 2nd time. Made it past the Locked Cauldron and am back in Aurora's good graces for the moment, level 7. On the iPhone to close an App from running in the background you double click the round home button, the active apps appear at the bottom, touch The Tribez app icon until it begins to shake and a red minus sign appears; touch the minus sign and the app will close down. Other way to reboot is to power down the device and restart. The device and all the apps will shut down and the memory will be restored.
Oh GP, you still make me laugh out loud when you post about your plane!!! I still wonder how much wine you had had when you 'accidently' bulldozed it!!! . Honestly though, I do believe you and am sure that no alcohol had passed your lips (until after it had gone maybe!!) It's great to see some DV regulars have joined the Tribez!! Welcome Texas Ted, Bluangl, MaLiesa, Flip and any others I may have missed. My advice is the same as GP, take it slow, don't rush!! Read some of my early posts and see what a mess I made with my third island by being impatient!
The Tribez Can someone please help!!! I'm at level 33 (Marble Fiord) on The Tribez game and am waiting to build the marble pit. I thought this would be possible after upgrading the main building to level 8, which I have done but the marble pit is still blacked out and says quest completion is needed. The only current quests I have all need marble to complete?? Have I missed something or is this a problem with the game? Thanks!
Well it's good to know I am still cracking you up about my Ghost Plane..... LOL, no wine had passed my lips before the event.....but damn straight it did afterwards.....made it all seem like a bad dream....until the next morning at least hehe. Yep, it's awesome to have some of the gang over here.....plus the others that joined the thread.....some have been very quiet lately.....would love to know how everyone is progressing (hint, hint)
Thanks TT for helping Flip... Good luck with rebooting the app and device Flip, please let us know how you go......I have had this issue badly with both pocket potions and sweet shop, But TribeZ hasnt been a problem at all (for crashing, just disappearing planes)
Wise move TT....didn't realize you couldn't do anything else at the time of your original post and were just stuck with the cauldron quest (sorry) Guess you had no choice but to start again....but sounds like you wil also be that much wiser for it.....good to stay in the good books of that stunning Aurora..... Notice how she is the only female amongst all those tribesmen?
How does one do the Valentine's Festival quest? I keep doing rituals at the Altar of Feelings, but the ritual count stays at 0, so I can't clear the quest. :-(
Keep on playing...I am on level 35....marble fiord will take to mystery shore...where you will find the UFO....and the houses burn by mylors...and will be allowed to built stone guardian.... ..... I don't remember exactly...on which level but it's fun....
Yeah, bit weird this quest....just keep doing it as it doesn't count each time as one completed....(hope this makes sense)

The fourth island isn't in the game yet (even though you can see it on the map...). It will arrive in a future update.
