Who saw tonights ep. I thot it was awesome! Anyone else think the greatest line in the show was last week "a 12 year old ben linus just brought me a sandwich" haha. What you guys think of tonight?
I thought tonight was fantastic. The one issue we have is that a lot of folks here are overseas, and the new LOST hasn't broadcast there yet. So, if you haven't seen "Whatever happened, happened" read no further. I thought it was pretty crazy that we learned that Ben is the evil fellow because of the actions of Sayid, Kate, Julliette, Sawyer, and most specifically the inactions of Jack. The Hurley discussion on time-travel was excellent. I really love the pace of the show this season. You can't complain about the lack of answers anymore. What a show. I can't wait to watch it over again from the beginning. Knowing all the stuff we now know will make it that much more interesting the next time around.
Yeah but the first, i think 2 seasons, werent based on the idea they had now. So nothing you really find in those seasons will be like, "ohhhh yeahhh that doesnt make sense with season 5" nope. Back in the first two the writers had no idea where they were going with the show. Notice how time travel didnt come in until season 3 with the guard in front of where they held Karl. And iuno if you guys have seen this its old but yeah:
I think you underestimate the writers. Just because we weren't told about it till Season 3 doesn't mean anything. Pretty early on Rousseau passed the temple and said that is where (some guy) lost his arm, and sure enough we finally saw it played out this season. As for there are only two fans of LOST, that show has a pretty huge following... just not here.

Show is rocking and don't you know Ben is Ben because of those who didn't want Ben to be Ben And the black cloud protecting the temple is the place where the others can revive the dead.. oh man how can you not like this Sci Fi show. Also that youtube link backwards is weird... is that like the prelude to the time travel or something
I love this show. Last nights episode was so great, and next week looks even better. I really think this show and damages are the two best shows on TV

I could go on about Lost for ever about why it's awesome for me, but if you haven't watched more then 3 episodes in a row, you probably wouldn't like it very much anyways... But for those of you that love it as much as me, I thought i would share the wallpaper I have been using for quite some time now... You can "glitch" the wallpaper by pinch zooming and then moving the photo a bit, it will then fit nicely on the lock screen....
You are phailing me brother phil. The writers HAD THE IDEA from beginning to end since the start. That's how great the show is. It was like a Sci Fi show then it became a whole time shifting identity. Notice how some scenes from Man From Talahaseee (Locke's big flashback) makes sense in Season 5. With the whole Abbadon visiting him. Richard visiting him when he was a kid. Everything is planned dude. LOST IS THE BESTEST SHOW IN THE WORLD!
100% Right, and you are even cooler now in my book super! I knew we were friends for a reason. But yea they didn't know where the show was going when they wrote the pilot, but after they got signed on they immideatly started planning out the entire series. Everything has a purpose well almost everything, and nothing is un-intentional from what I have seen the past 5 years.... And yes it is the best show i have ever seen, i can't wait to take 3 days off work when the series ends and watch them all from beginning to end... (Nobody liked the wallpaper?!?!)
I'm filing one month leave off work when the series ends because I'm sure I'll be a mess. Withdrawal problems and all that. The show can technically go for more than what they got but they had to draw up a definite deadline to the series so they can close everything out ok. There's NOTHING coincidental in LOST. Every numbers, character name, songs, background design EVEEERYTHING. In fact, if you paid attention after little Ben was shot, you can see little breaths. If you regarded it as actor error, then you're REALLY wrong. Nothing is ever incidental with Lost. So from that scene, I knew Ben was going to live. Same with the fact with the Season 3 finale with the Flash Forward. Jack had a cellphone that has NOT been produced before 2004 (fast). The viewers got too tangled with the great story telling to pay attention to Jack's phone. Then comes the big THIS IS THE FUTURE reveal and I was like CHILLS! Point being, there are easter eggs hidden during every episode show. And when you watch episodes, watch with all of your senses. Cool Site I mainly troll the Lostpedia.com Lost wiki or the Tailsection.com where they link up for the Easter eggs. I'm really hoping for a super sweet Series DVD with tons of goodies or a nice book about lost when it ends. Do you collect any memoribillia? I started to collect the trading cards hoping for an autograph or 2 but never got lucky....
I have ALL the characters McFarlane released. There were like 13 of them and they stopped. There was also a big toy showing THE HATCH with hurley and kate and locke with it. I have the season 3 DVD only. I'm holding out for the full series collection http://www.spawn.com/TOYS/series.aspx?series=318
