I'm fully expecting that order to get cancelled soon since many other people's orders already were. :/

Mmmm, I'm actually passing on it. To be honest I was really surprised that it won, I was fully expecting one of the other two to win, leaning towards Fallout 3 and hoping for Dishonored.

Shame they don't really have "bundles" as such this time around.

Any recommendation for rpg or strategy games? Space games are good too.

    So far:
Borderlands 2 and all DLC $27
Bastion $2.24 (I had the iOS version for $1 and wow it's much more fun with a key board and mouse)

    Debating Defiance for $13
I voted for KOTOR II for the next sale round

Nothing so far. Looking to pick up New Vegas DLCs and a couple of indie games. :x

EDIT: @koyut: As far as strategy games go, I'm a huge fan of most titles by Paradox. This includes the Europa Universalis and the Crusader Kings series (amongst others). They are all rather different from most RTS or TBS games, but are some of the best I've ever played.

    Lets see... Space games...

Endless Space (strategy, 77 metacritic) $10-12 depending on the bundle
    FTL (strategy, 84 meta) $5
Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion (strat, 82 meta) $14-36, but that 36 is apparently a massive, $95 bundle

Actual space combat: Strike Suit Zero for $5, all content for $5 more.

Some really solid sales today! Just picked up XCOM, sadly I have most of the other titles and the ones I don't have aren't on Mac.

Aand nothing interesting today either. Get FTL if you don't have it yet, though. They'll probably match the price here: http://www.ftlgame.com/

In fact it's always better to buy a game on the dev's site if they provide a Steam code. You'd also get a drm-free copy AND the dev gets all the money.

FTL looks like a scaled back (visually) Star Command with more gameplay mechanics to compensate.

I'm up to $65 spent and we're only two+ days into the sale! X com w/ DLC, hotline Miami, Sleeping Dogs rounded out my purchases today (Dogs is $6.24 until 4 or 5 am est).

Absolutely! As far as I know, Steam gives the developers 70%, while the Humble store give 95%.

Nothing interesting today either, it looks like Valve really doesn't want my money.

    Today's highlights: Witcher 2 $5, Tomb Raider w/ DLC $14.50, bl 2 back to $10, la noire w DLC $7.50

Community choice game is Hitman absolution $6.24

Battlefield bad company 2 is $6, if I just go for single player is it worth it?

FTL came first. A lot of people wanted Star Command to be the mobile version of FTL which it, obviously, wasn't. I would wholeheartedly recommend FTL to anyone that likes the look, it's a brilliant "rogue-like" game.

Speaking of Toki Tori 2+, I have two 10% off coupons if anyone is interested. If you loved the original, this sequel is a no brainet.
