Just joined the TA group and added a few of you, Torchlight and Borderlands is awesome with more people Thanks for this, now I'm tempted to get my copy of Civ V
Got team fortress to work, but that's the only game i have since my computer can't handle anything else
You may be able to run Counter Strike: Source or Left 4 Dead 2 as well. Valve games aren't very demanding.
This might be a bit late, but the two (Steam-redeemable) Batman games are on sale for $7.50 on Amazon with the promo code "OCTOFUN1." It has that awful SecuROM crap, but it's definitely an amazing deal if you can get over that. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009L4KQVE
Oh yea, and the Fear Ultimate Pack for $7.50 (with the code) as well. Contains Fear 1+2+3, all can be activated on Steam). http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009L4KQUK/?tag=cheapassgam08-20
If you ever get CSSource, you can hit me up with an invite. The game's got a steep learning curve. I've logged about 250 hours on it and I'm still not that great (Although I can be considered better than the average player, of course ).
Xcom is actually really good, if your a fan of the original you will definately hve fun with this one.
Indie Game Stand is still kicking some serious butt: Really Big Sky, DRM free for any price, $1 or more nets you a Steam key.
This is Amazon's Deal of the Week starting.. Sunday, I believe. Deus Ex: HR + DLC = Deus Ex: HR + The Missing Link + Tactical Enhancement Pack Supreme Commander 2 Hitman Blood Money The Last Remnant Just Cause Just Cause 2 Quantum Conundrum All for $9.99. All activate on Steam. This bundle is so awesome. I might just get it to give away
This sounds great indeed, at least the 3 actually interesting games. :Đ /Deus Ex, SC2, Quantom Conundrum/
Just Cause 2 is pretty good too I found the dialogue pretty cheesy, but it's a very pretty game. And some people are working on a multiplayer mod, which is pretty awesome as well! Oh, and I also wanted to mention that World of Goo is $2 on Steam. The deal is ending in 14 hours and 30 minutes from now.. which should be.. 1pm EDT, 10am PDT.
I've been looking at that too, but action games aren't really for me. :> Anyway, it's no use talking about this for me, I dislike using a fake adress for buying stuff. :x
Haha yea, that's understandable. I don't mind it though Anyways, the deal ended early because so many people were buying it that they kept running out of keys lol. So they gave a 25% off code to use in the digital video game store. Expires on Saturday, I believe. Code: SQRLUVOC Edit: The Fall Indie Royale bundle is out! Includes: - To The Moon (steam (pc), windows, desura) - Oil Rush (steam (pc, mac), windows, mac, linux, desura) - Blackwell Deception (steam (pc), windows, desura) - AVSEQ (steam (pc, mac), windows, mac, desura) - Reprisal (windows, mac, linux, desura) Available here: http://www.indieroyale.com/ I'm personally getting it for To The Moon, as I've heard great things about it
Hey guys, just a quick heads up the Left 4 Dead 2 is on sale for $5 on steam until Sunday...great little co-op game and worth it just because it was banned in so many countries
Deadlight and Mark of the Ninja are my two most recent purchases, and both are absolutely fantastic. If anyone is even remotely interested in either, I can't recommend them enough.
Yea, I'm really interested in these. However, I've been spending too much money on stuff, so I'm trying to stop myself from getting it for now
You're missing out, man. They're both absolutely fantastic. I've been really cheap with games and apps recently because I don't really have the time to play them with university exams coming up soon (next week, in fact), but for Deadlight... I MADE time. Sure I stayed up until 4 in the morning to play it, but it was totally worth it. Mark of the Ninja is one hell of a stealth game too. I don't think I've ever played a better stealth game. For both of them being XBLA titles, I think the PC versions are really, really good too.
