The game crashes whenever I save over a game slot I have already used. I am on an iPad 4. I also get crashes whenever I try to equip a necklace.
Crashes for me - iPad mini I was able to create my character but then the game crashed. Now it won't load at all. It crashes every time at the opening credits. I see 'powered by Unity' and then that's all.
I had to reset my phone then everything worked again. This game caused me to loose saves on allot of my games ugh. Good game tho
Anyone have any good rogue or warrior builds they wanna discuss? Interested in seeing the skills people have chosen.
Equipping Ice Princess Amulet results in crashing when saving. If the amulet is just stored, there is no problem. Happens with both overwriting an existing save and creating new save. Been able to reproduce it every time. Just go to the Grand Market, talk to Trystan, buy the Ice Princess Amulet, go to your inventory and Equip it then go to Settings, Save and try to save it over an existing slot or a new slot. It will crash. iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4 PS: Great game so far, bought everything to support and have to admit the guide is really nicely put together and organized. Don't regret anything but paying too little for such a gem.
The way I got it was I selected the pack when I created my character and the rest of the stuff was in the chest in the hideout.
I finished the game in about 9 1/2 hours on high doing all the side quests and finding all the secrets. I played as a rogue. My build was: Str 6, Dex 10, End 8, Per 7, Int 8, Cha 5. Short blade 3, Cripple 3, Mighty blow 2, Precise Strike 3, Rage 2, Renewel 3, Stealth 3, Evasion 3, Open lock 3, Disarm trap 1, Steal 3, Persuade 1, Toughness 3. I didn't get any use out of disarm trap and persuade. I would put points into something else.
Nice looking game and don't mind I cannot get top graphic settings. Looks the same to me lol Having a few issues with controls. When walking/running, it isn't very responsive trying to look and walk at the same time.
great game! but how do i pin the skills quick bar on the screen, it's annoying that the quickbar auto hides after pickpocketing and touching on it again to appear
@G.R. : Persuade can be useful, but it depends on your play style. Disarm Trap can also be very useful, as there are plenty of traps to disarm. But there's no clear-cut formula for success, nor are there and skills that are exclusively mandatory. That's one of the beauties of this character development system. @rjpogi1: That's something that we'd have to add in a future update, no way to do so for now. I agree it could be a handy thing at times, as long as making them vanish is equally as easy. @Magnum0ik: The slowness you're seeing when panning the camera and moving is probably related to your difficulties running on highest setting. It has the sound of a framerate issue. What device are you playing on? Are you running other applications in the background, and when was the last time you did a memory reset for the device? @all (w/ issues) TSS has a lot more running in the background than the average game (things you don't see on-screen), as part of being such an open-end RPG. But we clearly need to address the slowness/crashing issues as these are not acceptable. For those getting game crashes, a crash log would help our programmer significantly in diagnosing the problem. Please be kind enough to mail these to [email protected] so we can fix this for you as quickly as possible. Slowdowns we have to examine by device, in game play and with profiling information, to determine what exactly is causing the issues. These can take longer to diagnose, but finding the problem on one device might possibly help several devices at once.
Loving the game! But man playing anything other than a rogue type kind of sucks because no lockpicking. It would of been cool if you had a way for mages to like blast locks with and chests with a spell and a fighter to bash them with a weapon.
Rogue is awesome especially using a bow, but the huge benefit is the dex stat so you can open most doors and chests.
