I run into a problem I can't figure out how to set target for a harbor, I already build a tradeship, I also got a ferry, I try to transfer resource from one island to another... But I cannot set TARGEt from my harbor, and my tradeship doesn't do anthing... Any tips...?!
the harbor is quite buggy... and never work for me, I'll say hold for it if you haven't purchase it until they fix the issues take a look the article about the ship & harbor in settlers http://settlersgang.websettlers.de/tips_14.htm
Lol. I just noticed that on the iTunes page of the Lite version, the language in the screenshots is Chinese. I thought that Gameloft was French! Also, it says that the release date is 15 January 2010, so I'm guessing that the Lite version will be pulled soon.
Game Impressions I needed three or four attempts to download (App Store message: "You've downloaded that item before..." but I never did) the free version but then it worked. I used this link (Austrian App Store): http://itunes.apple.com/at/app/die-siedler-gratis/id343049528?mt=8 When I search "Siedler" in iPhone/Spotlight it calls itself in the search results "Die Siedler Gratuit" (never heard that expression before). The game is German-language here. I played it for 10 minutes or so and learned how to establish some huts, a sawmill, mines etc. Seems to go on like this for a while. Obviously no need to build roads (as I was used it to do). Game will be saved at interruptions. I played The Settlers decades ago, have the most actual Mac version and love it. What a time eater. Runs smooth on my iPhone 3G. Edit: After another ten minutes I was through. No more missions only the basic tutorial in this free version.
pretty stuck on this - can anyone help with the migration cart? I get all the bits together and send the cart to a position where i can build a second base to attack from (last roman level) and setup a marketplace but obviously don't have any builders... just carriers and pioneers. Ive tried to change to carriers to builders (have hammers) but i guess im missing something! help! This isnt necessarily the strategy to use, but i just want to find out how the cart thing works!
Hello, I'm stuck in second mission from dark tribe - Trahison. I'm suppose to destroy the mushroom thing from the dark tribe, but i don't know how i can do this. I tried to kill the mayas but it did nothing and i can't attack the dark tribe. Not to mention the big building in the swamp with the flame near it. I tried the gardener, but they get roasted by the flame. Any tips? Thanks!
Hi, So I got this game and love it, but I'm stuck. On Roman mission 4, I have everything except gold to pay soldiers, otherwise I have everything. Except a hammer. I need the hammer to make the pick axe so my miners can mine the gold and iron and coal. But I don't have the hammer, but to make it I need to mine which I can't until I have the hammer to make the pick axe. I think I built the building tools too late, so would I have to start over? Because I need the hammer to build the pick-axes to mine and get gold and conquer the army. Thanks! (And yes, I know the answer will probably be an obvious thing I should have known. I'm not so good with RTS games, always oversupply on food and not on soldiers.)
looks and sounds like this game is pretty complicated rts, i love complicated strategy game, so i guess ill pick this game up.
That's a bug in the game. Sometimes it works sometimes not. If you get some stuff loaded on the ship then, cancel what it is you want to ship by de-selecting it from the harbour menu. Sometimes the ship will sail. It's touch and go though.
This a full on hardcore RTS like the console version, watch the tutorial video by Izzy nobre it's awesome.
Settlers Mayan level 3 I've built the head and got the iron. But it's not enough to build an army. Vikings come in and keep killing all my dudes. Iron runs out. No more weapons....no more dudes. Stuck....need more iron. Any thoughts?
