I dunno about you, but I dislike having gigantic gaping holes in my bedroom wall.

I actually didn't solve that way, I overlooked the switch flipping. If you are observant, they is another reference to the answer in the study. That is how I ended up solving it.

    Last step

I'm in the basement, is there a hint on opening the door.

    Basement?
That's the last part isn't it?
Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. :)

There isn't a really a hint and it took me a bit to get the wheels lined properly. Just play around and discover how each wheel movements affects the other wheels. then it just takes a bit to get it to gel, I think it is a bit to fine myself and didn't really care for it cause its more a brute force puzzle than purely logical.

Hope I'm not giving away anything here to others but it seemed really straight forward to me.

I downloaded Grisly Manor last night and didn't get to sleep until 1am (ooops!) mainly because I got stuck (and because the game's amaze-balls!)! I know lots of people seem to be getting lost at the same point as me, having read all the other posts, but even so I have to admit I'm being REALLY stupid and still can't work out what to do. HELLLLLLLP!

Okay, I have the following items in my inventory:

    1) Matches
    2) Fuse
    3) Ice pick
    4) Goldfish (he's still in the bowl)
    5) 6 digits

I still need to solve the globe, tree stump and clock puzzle, as well as find a plug and find the other route into the study. I've opened the box in the attic, I've done the thing with the ruby heart, but now I'm lost. I know there's a 'key' in the study and presume this is my next step, but how-oh-how do I get in there?

If anyone wants to PM me with a direct answer I'd be most grateful, as the cryptic 'non-spoiler' suggestions aren't getting me anywhere at the moment (yes, I'm that thick)... cheers!!!!!!

I think using the icepick is a "solid" choice at the moment.

Well my friend, dive into your mind and answer the haunting question: What is the function of an icepick? :)

I'm having the same problems but even though I found the clue in the study, I can't figure out how to use it on the globe

The key can become a very colorful code.

    Coo-coo clock code trouble!!

I have tried every combination possible to break the clock code and NOTHING has worked, I have looked at the chest and plugged the code below the trunk and have tried 8 and 5, 12 and 5, 8 and 7 which seem like the reasonable answers....please help me!!!
