Hi Pixowl The new campaign fails to start on my iPad and keeps asking me to pay for the campaign on my iPhone which it shouldn't since I bought the full level pack. Also the "restore purchase" button does not work at all on both devices which it usually fixes this repurchasing problem. Also I would love for you to add both modes of landscape for the iPad since I have a case for my iPad like the smart cover which only shows one mode of landscape which is opposite to yours. I really love your game, you can see back from day one since it came out I commented and how great it was, please don't spoil the fun BZ
Holy Cow! Mine too!! I've worked on some for over a year! I just noticed I have to buy all the elements again, and I bought almost all of them this is really messed up. At least they saved me my mana This happened on the iPhone the iPad version keeps crushing and won't let me try the new campaign without purchasing it (which I did) but at least the GC are saved. This is a need of a FIX, FAST!
Hello Apple had a little delay on the IAP being available, but it is now fully fixed and the Robot Campaign is accessible yeah!
Hi It was offline at first but now a price appears. I paid full money for all campaigns why isn't it free? The restore purchase button also isn't working Also all achievements from GC on my iPhone are gone and ALL the elements I purchased so now I have repurchase EVERY element, can you bring them back please? BZ
Let me report this to the developers, it should indeed be part of the All Campaigns pack. Sorry to hear about your lost data. The Restore Purchase feature can only restore Non-Consumable purchases (Campaigns, not Mana Packs or Elements) Did you had a backup of your phone that you can restore via iTunes?
That's weird. When you released the pack that had Lasers&Pipes I used the "restore purchase" button and it fixed it. It should be a part of All Campaigns pack, that is precisely why I bought it! I had no backup of anything, that is why I never restore my devices and I count on things like GC to preserve my saves which it did until now. I have never seen an update that actually erases my achievements, and I had so many good things to say about the game, I don't care about the achievements anymore, I just want to play the new campaign and I can't with out paying for it again, why is this happening?
That definately sucks. I hadn't bought the All Campaigns pack yet and was considering it, but gonna pass on it now...
Remember the issue we had with the IAP not yet approved by Apple? Well, we double checked and the All Campaigns Pack is unlocking the Robots Campaign. Can you try again to use the RESTORE PURCHASES button in the option screen? Try several time, Apple servers are quite hard sometimes to understand it thank you
I try it each day for several times. does not work at all. And I can't delete the game since I have all that mana gathered over from the time it came out, this is annoying is heck! I tried purchasing ALL CAMPAIGNS PACK again and it still asks me to pay!!
