Well, that didn't go well. I just got what I assume is the worst ending. I didn't get to go back anywhere!

You can continue where you left off, regardless of what ending you got first time. You have to choose the "Change your fate" option to carry on with the game. There's still a lot more to do after your first "ending."

I have finished all three.Thank you AoiKitsune, and Popfaec for the screwdriver.
As for the advice, the only things tricky are with the drawers and the safe, others are pretty logical I would say.
The safe is a sneaky one, requires some observation ability, I wouldn't have found it myself.

And btw, about the dark existence behind this, is it a Cthulhu lord or just an expired Spaghetti God? ;)

I'll try to give you a hint or two, split up to avoid spoiling the solutions too much. One thing you can do is
open the safe. The thing on the balcony next to it doesn't come in till later but the thing on the balcony on the other side is important here
    Solution here:
the control thing on the other side lets you swing the light fixture like a pendulum, you can smash it into the balcony, knocking the safe off.
    .

Most of the other stuff you noted only comes in to play later, but there is one other thing you can do now:
On the desk, look closely at the shape on the half-open end
    Solution:
You can see the corners of another hidden switch under that disc which opens the lower right cupboard. With the left latch thing turned you can rotate the disc to reveal the switch.

I think there's definitely a big inspiration from Lovecraft, not just in whatever is going on with the Null but also in the time period and the 'Victorian mad scientist' aesthetic. Really cool.

This game is seriously bugged, I don't know how else to explain this.

I've finished with the bad ending and set out to find the other ones. I had a screwdriver, a wax cylinder, the token key and the octagon sphere. I went to open the top right desk drawer, but it was empty. Had to restart the chapter and collect all the additional stuff all over again. Then I tried opening the drawer again. Yet again it's empty. This time though, as I was tapping around the drawer (someone mentioned the object inside can get invisible), the clock suddenly rung and a button appeared on it. No idea what to do with it though. What do I do now?

The drawer is always empty. Try
looking at it from a different point of view.

    Actual solution:
There's something on the left side of the drawer - the outside edge.

I solved my own problem. For anyone else similarly stuck,
keeping my finger on the screen and rocking it back and forth worked.

Finished this now with all endings. An absolutely fantastic game and a true iOS highlight. Easily the best of the three games for me.

Finished without getting any bugs. It's my favorite of the series too, and I've loved them all. It's crazy to see how far mobile graphics have come.

Only had the ballerina bug which I brute forced my way through. While a few puzzles annoyed me, and I am sooooo bad at it... It is literally a masterpiece of a puzzle game. It's awesome. Now uh... How do I get the other endings....

I only had one, when somehow I selected the screwdriver in inventory while zoomed into a 'mini-room' and the game froze. Still, was able to reload and didn't lose much ground.

e: actually now i think about it it didn't freeze, i could still rotate it but couldn't leave the screen or do anything else.
