coming soon for most games means a/or year(s) so they are not really lieing and i would rather them have delay a good game then release a half done one @MR spud ...ingo?
I never said Spring 2009 - Our website says Fall 2009 It used to say September, but we ran into some issues.
I think he meant Vampire Origins, I wouldn't worry about it, we all know you guys listen to our comments and took extra time to polished the game and "most" of us understand and appreciate that.
I know he was, but we were listed in his general list of Chillingo titles that have not come out yet - so I wanted to clear that up.
Josh don't talk to this guy he's the one in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YersIyzsOpc totally sick and crazy you don't want to talk to this one!
hahaha i, on the other hand, actually like this guy. honestly, he speaks how many of us feel deep inside from time to time. that extremely passionate gamer that's sick of the waits, and is only enraged because he wants to play what are inevitably good games. we all understand that these games will come out when they come out, but we've all felt the pain of the wait at some point in our lives. plus he totally called you guys out on your single insult which was funny.
Nah, he's just annoying. Josh never said it'd come out in Spring, the website specifically said September, and then he changed it to "Fall."
calm down guys diabolus is just a bit crazy there is a picture of him just click on the link "my gallerie" in his signature, then to the picture "me" but bac to the topic: i think relic looks quite good and very interesting, but the best thing on my opinion is the bluetooth game with 2 players and the online mode. i don´t know any other game like this where you can play in a bluetooth mode together. peace @Josh great work we are following Ravensword with our german news site since you announced it and we are writing every news about it. i can´t wait to play it
The graphics looked good to me - in fact I don't know how they could get so many character meshes on the screen at the same time and hold the frame rate - pretty amazing stuff.
That was the plan. More polygons per character, less per screen. That's always the balance you have to strike. (I'm willing to put a few more polygons in for the next version )
little late to the party here, but been curious about this for a long time; JoshCM, what is the benefit of going with wasting money on a publisher on an all digital platform?? I'm assuming their 'services' are not free correct? i mean why give a red cent to chillingo when you 2 guys did all the work on ravensword? does chillingo have some 'reputation' that is worth buying into or something? i mean in my eyes, they put out equal shares of shovelware and gold, so their name doesn't mean anything special to me. just curious. still waiting for my damn ipod to arrive
