This game was really fun, but I just got to the point I'd done all the quests in the first two towns, killed all the baddies, and wasn't tough enough to keep going. I don't know what I've done wrong, but I'm stuck.
Are you trying to cross the swamps? They are way too difficult for you. You need to go northwest of Vastares and cross the Wall there to get to Phryn.
what should we do after we are basically done with phryn what are some major quests that should be done there? I got treasure island and finished the enchantress's head one plus the love potion but I don't know what to do next. Should I go to Mithria? I am stuck as well :/
Hello All! Just a note if you didn't already notice it: Today a major update arrived at the AppStore for The Quest. It includes: - 8 new maps: including a new, unmapped island, three underground dungeons and a 4 level pyramid - 4 new quests: talk with the shopkeekers in different cities and searh for a new citizen in Phryn - 2 new monsters: meet the horrible spectre and the ancient mummy - many new graphic elements, items, and even a new armor material: mithril Of course it's free for all registered players. Have fun with it! : )
falloutmike: he is behind a door around the northern-western region of Phryn's map. As for other new quests, maps, items etc: talk with all shopkeepers in all cities to get them - we wanted to do this update like a 'secret function' which always gives new fun for the diligent players. : )
Redshift I bought the map at level 9 pretty stupid i went there and got wooped by the spectres. There are so many on that island! by the way as a spoiler here is where the captain who will take you there The captain at matras Highlight above ^^^ to see it ;D Also can someone answer my question above ^^ I wandered into a goblin village and did a quest to kill some witch queen for a hammer. Should i do that?? What should I do??
You shouldn't hit the Witch Queen at level 9. I'd wait until you had a reliable way to resist magic and resist poison. Then you can take the witches on fairly easily. Explore Phrynn a bit more. If you can handle the advanced muggers (I forgot the exact name of them) north of the village, and the shamans, you can handle the witches. (Actually, I think the witches are easier. It's hard to remember which order I did them in.) You should be able to bat down barbarians and archers before hitting the witches, in my opinion. Then again, those are combat heavy ones, and the witches are magic heavy. How are you doing against the Shamans south of V?
I have a demonic sword which drains hp, so I rarely pots while fighting melee creeps. (like barbarians and muggers and archers too!) But the shamans just hand my A@$ to me every time i try to fight them. I have killed a wizard before while being attacked by two barbarians, (in my opinion even more impressive than my cyclops battle )
Agh I'm stuck in the pyramid, Last thing I did wsa pick up the Golden and Brass Ancient Rod.... What do I do with them I looked everywhere. Although is there a secret pattern with the teleporters that I gotta figure out or something?
I I just got this game today and I'm stuck in jail and cannot rest due to no food... How long must I wait to get out?
Super duper easy for my level 22 Quest & Islands Character with the Redshift Hammer enchanted to drain HP + Mana. The pyramid was a bugger though--run here, run there, run back ....
Need to put something somewhere Get something from the caves that the Keeper is keeping. Put it somewhere outside the pyramid.
