Awesome, really looking forward to the Celtic expansion(s?), but even moreso looking forward to the China expansion. What level will one want to be at to tackle the Celtic stuff?
Although many The Quest expansions are out the most recently announced Celtic Rift is not yet. However, a recent update of The Quest Gold was released to prepare for the upcoming expansion.
Still waiting for it to appear on the store..reading their forums indicated it was submitted 1-2 weeks ago.

After enabling the expansion, you can explore new areas and quests. However, if you don't have The Quest Classic, you can also play the expansion as a standalone game. You've received a letter from King Mersant bidding you travel urgently to the Islands of Lubdan in the far away country of Loegria. When you land you find out who really summoned you there. Be ready for adventure. You could die so keep extra save files! This expansion is a first in a new series for The Quest Classic and has been designed for low level characters. It's highly recommended that you start a new character to fully enjoy it. To access the new areas (not applicable if you are playing the expansion standalone), go to Matras harbor and talk to captain Verra, then select "Celtic Rift" as your travel destination. The Quest Classic - Celtic Rift has been developed by Zarista Games (www.catacomber.com) and was adapted to iPhone by Redshift. Did you visit that prostitute in Vastares? Oh nevermind, you're playing Celtic Rift...I haven't had much chance to play that yet. Anyway, you will want to either learn the spell "Cure Warrt Disease Touch," or more likely, find a potion of cure warrt disease. You may be able to buy this at an alchemist's shop or make it yourself, depending on your alchemy level. By the way, a good place for walkthroughs and maps is Catacomber's website, but the best place to ask questions about the game is at Playhaven. As soon as I manage to finish that, I'll hit up Celtic Rift since my level should still be relatively low. It will allow me to (I think...) play through the content as it was all intended, for the most part. God I love these games, ha. medianotzu Well-Known Member Nov 21, 2009 3,803 9 36 #2594 medianotzu, Jul 7, 2011 If you're playing as an undead, the very beginning of Cursed Chess has a really hard bit where two wraiths strafe out of a hallway and one-shot you. It's beatable though, but you'll need to get the timing down and heal like a mofo. Can be kind of frustrating though, if you're a first time player and that's one of the very first things you encounter in the game.
