There's no way to measure content within a game. Hours generally just refer to how much time you'll spend playing, regardless of what you're doing. If Skyrim's "content" somehow equalled 300 hours, then gave you two seperate characters to play through, a good deal of players would automatically get 600 hours out of the game.
You can spend thousands of hours in the game I'm sure, so, that's pretty damn crazy. inFamous 2 is still being awesome, still recommend it. GOTY this year is going to Uncharted 3, Skyrim, or Rage. Period.
Ah yeah, 2012. I forgot. Maybe I'll just call it GOTY 2011 anyway, since January games always get forgotten in their own year's GOTY Good thing there's a ton of other releases to keep me busy.
Looks excellent! No qualms about missing the PC version now. I mean, larger MP maps would be nice, but who's gonna be thinking about that at the same time as attempting to proccess all the badass fun they're having?! I'm glad they decided to showcase the PS3 version too. Not that it means it's superior to the 360 version, but developers are often accused of hiding the PS3 versions from the public. Not this time
Anyone get Outland, and if so how is it? Reviews say it is excellent, but gamers seem to be saying it is just OK.
Yeah it's pretty good, glad I bought it, but in comparison... I'd say it comes just below Shadow Complex and Castlevania: SotN. Man, I can't stand it when a single word goes down to the next line. This is just filler.
Well, Shadow Complex and Castlevania are pretty amazing, so I guess I cave. Too bad that Plus doesn't help. I guess I'll activate Plus and hopefully some other good deals are out there. I don't think that the activation time is unlimited.
Another question, even though no one answered last one, when you buy red dead redemption, is there anything in the new version that doesn't come in the used? Thanks.
Sony's PSN Pass restricts online play from used titles and rentals. Eff you, Sony. Now Microsoft is gonna do it, just to top off their already-costly service.
Shoot... I didn't about rentals.. That kinda stinks. Also, taking a game (like COD BLOPS for example) to a friends house might not work as well.. Dang.
That sucks. Especially if it spreads to other games/platforms. Although it won't affect me much as I rarely play online multiplayer.
I can imagine this being annoying for some people... but I'm not annoyed in the slightest. I buy practically all of my games brand new on the day of release and very rarely regret a purchase.
I buy most of my games new, too. But I have been known to take advantage of a used sale now and then, and I've been looking at renting some games out of Redbox. What used to be cost-efficient has suddenly turned quite expensive - that is, depending on the rates they charge for these passes. Plus, this effectively kills borrowing games from friends. Although, I suppose that's pretty much the point, isn't it?
