Anyone going to grab Modern Combat Domination next week? $8 and by Gameloft, I am going to give it a shot.

 

I'll probably be grabbing Mass Effect 2 in a weeks time. A big step for me considering how much I disliked ME1. I'm downloading the demo first, I heard it's not a very good representation of the game though.

 

I ****ing hate snuggle, the fabric softner bear. I swear to god that f*cking thing is evil.

My wife has a Snuggles hand puppet from when she was a kid. She has placed it in random places to freak me out. It has worked. Many a time. Bitch.

 

Just preordered ME2, I really quite enjoyed the demo. I'm almost tempted to give the first game another shot... it'll be the third time I've tried so who knows? Maybe it'll click now.

 

Mass Effect really is an engrossing game, you just have to have the patience to play it.

 

Which is why I'm wondering if I'll be able to keep into it. Games like Uncharted that are great single-player but it quickly ends are good for me because they aren't long enough for me to get bored. But I managed to stay with Fallout New Vegas to beat it 2 times. And now I have Borderlands and that game is fun and fast paced so it keeps me entertained until Mass Effect 2 and a little afterward.

In other news, I'm trying to cut back on games I want this year, 'cause there's too damn many!

 

Bioware sure knows how to make pretty game trailers. It's like they're creating previews for films, they're that good.

 

I had the patience for Fallout 3, the first Mass Effect just has too many long periods of nothing. They obviously knew it was a flaw judging by the changes made in the sequel. Anyway I started last night, played for 2.5 hours and I'll play some more today. Provided something happens I'll probably play tomorrow too.

 

I so want to get Mass Effect 2, but everyone says you have to play ME1 to be connected to the characters. I don't have the time to play both...argh it's so frustrating

 

I still have yet to play any Mass Effect game longer than 2 hours. Which is weird because i love Bioware games, it just doesn't appeal to me. The 2nd one is a huge improvement though.

 

Hey! Just so happens you CAN splitscreen up to four players in modern warfare 2. Whyh was everyone saying no you cant?

 

Nobody said you couldn't as far as I saw.

 

Maybe just to stop you buying CoD since it's gotten boring.
