So people have been leaking Gran Turismo 5 photos/video for a day or two now, but this is the first one that I consider genuinely photorealistic... it's stunning to say the least:
Soooo, no comment on Sly 4... None? I wonder who will be developing it, Suckerpunch or someone else. Because Suckerpunch still has inFamous 2, and soon to be inFamous 3 (or so I would assume). It could be some other developer. But it's most likely going to be exclusive to PS3.
Nope. Another average addition to a series of average games. I expect the same will be said for Infamous 3 when that's on the horizon, I'm kinda bored of talking about it already.
I'm still playing it. So far I've put about 90 hours into it and I'm at 87% completion. The game is so big, I'll probably get to 99% and spend another 50 hours trying to find the last collectable item, lol.
Yeah, even by playing the demo you can't begin to concieve of JC2's vastness. It takes friggin ages just to cross in a plane, one day I'm gonna try and drive it.
I doubt inFamous 2 will be average. That game is gonna be epic. I have to get the Sly Collection so I can get into that series. I just love Suckerpunch. But let's not forget Naughty Dog and Insomniac
infamous 2 looks pretty average to me, but then again I never like the first infamous. I've never heard of Sly, I youtubed it and I saw a video of a racoon jumping along rooftops, Assassin's Creed style
Tell me, how is it looking average. Just watch a gameplay video and tell me it's still a boring zapfest. There's improved parkour, more powers, more enemy variety, and much much more! I know inFamous was more of a chore, but it had potential. And I know they can show that to us next year. I see it as being like Uncharted 1, it was not average, but the sequel blew it out of the water in every area. I can see that happening with this one. You've never heard of Sly? The raccoon thief guy with the cane. He's made by the inFamous guys. Not ringing a bell, huh? I only heard about it from TV commercials for the series. Never got any of the games but I was at least a little familiar with the series. But that's why I'm getting the Sly Collection, because I hadn't played the games before. And now with Sly 4 announced. I have to play it.
I thought InFamous was distinctly sub-average, so improvements would push the sequel into the realm of "decent". Nothing I'd hold my breath for.
Is he the new stereotype? I wouldn't mind working alongside Cheryl Cole but I don't think I could stand listening to those people singing for more than five minutes. I'll replace Jeremy Clarkson in a heartbeat though. I really should play the hell out of RB3 today.
X-Factor........ yuck! Even if Simon Cowel wasn't in it, it'd still be my most hated TV programme ever.
I'm pretty excited for release of Assassin's Creed BH, but where's the best place to pre-order in terms of bonus content? HMV have an extra level and Harlequin character, but play.com and Amazon say nothing about bonus stuff.
I thought it was something of a GameStop only thing or something like that. I dunno though, not following Brotherhood all that much.
Us Brits usually get the better deal when it comes to bonus content. In the US they spread different content out between different retailers and you have to pick one, over here they just bundle it together.
Damn, AC: Brotherhood got 10/10 from Eurogamer... I respect them too. It genuinely does feel like it's too soon after the last game but now I'm kinda thinking if it's that good I should be playing it anyway out of some bizarre feeling of duty as a gamer. I think I'll watch the GT review and see if it can tempt me.
