There's only one thing that could make 2011 any better atm. An Uncharted 3 teaser with the UC3 logo and Nate saying something. Then "Coming 2011". Next year would be complete then. inFamous 2, Brink, Portal 2, Rage, Mass Effect 2 (PS3), LittleBigPlanet 2, Motorstorm: Apocalypse, Killzone 3, Resistance 3, Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, AND Uncharted 3. Best year ever to be a PS3 owner, even though the lineup this Holiday only consists of Grand Turismo 5. Speaking of Mass Effect 2... New Mass Effect 2 PS3 Details (IGN)

Gran Turismo 5 release date announced (again)! http://uk.gamespot.com/news/6283959.html November 24th, much sooner than expected given the latest delay... I estimated the week before Christmas at the earliest. Car and track lists also confirmed, 1031 cars and 71 tracks in 20 locations. CAN'T WAIT!
They already said it was only to make it compatible with whatever firmware it was. I'm getting a new video game or two, so what should I get? Any $50-$60 game or combo, please suggest something though. I'm looking at Red Dead Redemption, Dead Rising 2, CoD: Black Ops, Uncharted 1 + Batman: Arkham Asylum, Uncharted 1 + Assassin's Creed 2, etc. Or I could just pre-order one of the many games coming out next year.
Yeah, they also said they missed their slot for getting the discs pressed, the smallest hiccups can mean months of delays in the game dev industry. This is great news though, I'm so happy I don't even mind that weather apparently only works on 11 out of 71 tracks.
I have Fallout: New Vegas already. Yup, I've been thinking about that. I'd almost be better off pre-ordering Mass Effect 2 next year and getting Killzone 3 along with it. But I'm really looking into the Sly Collection. 3 easy plat trophies, 3 seperate games, enough to keep me busy, or I could just buy 3DDGH. Alright, I think I've decided, I'm gonna go with Uncharted 1 along with Sly Cooper or 3D Dot... So can you guys help me decide between these two?

I can think of a whole bunch of amazing cars that didn't make the list, but I really can't complain, it's about the most extensive collection ever put on disc.
I'll probably only end up driving a small fraction of them too. But it's still a big feet for racing games.
Well the whole ethos of Gran Turismo is that it's a game for car lovers rather than race lovers, so most people who own it will likely want to have a collection of some sort rather than just choosing the best car in each class to finish the game.
