Never heard of the Guerilla one, but I'll definitely check it out. Sounds like a lot of fun. Yeah, I saw inFamous. That looks great too. How about Uncharted?
Uncharted is fantastic. I even convinced my sister to start playing U2 the other day and she said it looks beautiful. Now she's hooked.
Well you say that, but the MP isn't anything to write home about, so the replay value is limited. I think it's a fantastic game but I've probably only put in about 30 hours, while many PS3 games have lasted me over 100 and Rock Band 2 has probably sucked about 500 out of my life by now.
Yeah I played it, beat it, got a couple more trphies afterwards and called it quits. It's a great game don't get me wrong but like you said, the MP isn't all that pleasing.
Fallout: New Vegas, at least that's what I'm getting when it comes out. 100+ hours of stuff to do. Picked that over Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Medal of Honor, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 Uncharted 3, inFamous 2, and Brink. 'Nuff said Mass Effect 2 and Fallout: New Vegas are still good contenders
Yeah, I'm also looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas. I'm trying to buy less PS3 games and instead buy 3 or 4 big games each year that have lot's of gameplay and are free roam.
Thanks guys! I'm thinking its a tie between Fallout Vegas (because I LOVE those type of games), Uncharted, Guerrilla, or True Crime. Any take on True Crime?
Ok. I'm playing it then. I picked this game up a few days ago after guys at Gamestop highly recommended it. I'm stopping in the middle of Rachet/Clank: Tools of Destruction (will come back to it later) in order to start this game actually but no regrets considering its said to be a really great game.
Depends on what exactly you're looking for. Fallout is an amazing series if you're a hardcore RPG junkie. (Well... Kinda. It's pretty deep) Uncharted is like a awesome movie. It looks good, plays good, but gets over fairly quick (Uncharted 2 is much better IMO.) Red Faction Guerilla is the middleman. Open world, slight RPG elements, tons of explosions, cop chases, and pretty tight gunplay. True Crime? No idea. So what would you prefer- 1. Deep RPG (emphasis on the RPG 2. Action shooter (emphasis on the action) 3. Openworld RPG shooter (emphasis on the openworld shooter) 4. Crime simulation game? (Crime?)
Uncharted 2 rocks i hope you played the first one first! you can get the first one for cheap!!!! if you like shooters deff check out killzone 2 its also a cheaper game now 30 new 20ish used....amazing freakin game...Resistance 1 and 2 are awsome as hell also! Infamous is pretty fantastic a dark super hero type of game open sand box like gta get it for 20 bones or less...The best tactical shooter Metal Gear Solid 4 is cheap now also game is amazing as heck if you these kind of games and played the old ones... fallout New Vegas is gonna be awsome as hell.... True crime is terrible pass it up! you mine as well get GTA IV which surpasses anything... too many games coming out!!!! Castlevania Lords Of Shadow, Fallout, Gran turismo 5, NEED FOR SPEED HOT PURSUIT (day 1 for me)
The Uncharteds are a must if you don't have them. If you haven't played Fallout 3 yet get that(it's $20 or less now), and definitely make it a priority to get New Vegas as well. This is my list so far of games/must haves to get for the remainder of the year.. 1. Fallout New Vegas 2. CoD Black Ops 3. Dead Rising 2 4. Castlevania LoS Oh and don't waste your time with True Crime, there's so many better games out for the system.
You've actually got me interested in my PS3 again with these videos, anything multi format I always buy on 360 as live is so much better than PSN so the PS3 only ever gets used for exclusives.
Oh okay. Thanks. I'm thinking Uncharted sounds good. I checked out Fallout 3 on YouTube, and it doesn't seem too appealing. Anyways, I'm thinking Uncharted is good. What exactly is Dead Rising 2?
It's as much a game as you are a human. Just because some people can't see it, doesn't make it any less true.
