I guess we have different definitions of “low resolution”. I think of low pixelation, blurry images. Also, this game was featured at an Apple WWDC event. Apple takes these opportunities to show off great animation and visuals with crispness and detail along with a good measure of eye-candy to wow audiences. A low-resolution game doesn’t fit that bill.
Got to support Annapura, in the hope they will put Stray on iOS! Bought for support, it is however a great game, played it a lot when it was on AA and as already said, it does feel sharper on iPhone.
I wanted to see what Stray was to I looked it up. It is on iOS but seems to be iPad only at the moment. Not sure if that helps you out or not.
I went on the Annapurna site and says its only available for the Mac. Do you have a link to a build accessible for the iPad?
You can play it on iPhone, but only using Boosteroid. Or you can use software like Steamlink, but I am waiting for that native version, it has to come sooner or later! My first go, was on Mac and it runs like a dream.
Has the pathless been updated on iOS yet? Is the App Store version a little better than the AA version? How’s the performance on more recent devices like M1 and M2 iPad Pro models?
Looking forward to trying this out again I have the m1 iPad Pro just waiting a few more days my birthday is next week
Getting a iTunes card this Friday for my birthday I’ll finally pick it up might wait for a sale though as 9.99 is a little expensive
