    Hope all went fine.
I am just back from Japan and fighting with itunes, 4.2 and all the things I bought in my three weeks away ... it is not working that nicely. Once that is done I will check the new build zoom.

Only some fun cloths for my son. All toys I liked for me were more expensive than in Europe!
Anyhow, the zoom works, even if on an ipad it redundant honestly.
I think people with iPhone should check it out.

Too bad about those toys, I thought Japan was the place to buy em:)
And yes, youre right - Anybody with an iPhone/iPad has something to say about the zoom?

I played the first two packs of the new build and i have not seen any bug.
Regarding the zoom, I hope the iphne people will like it. I personally find it so-so because after zooming I cannot pan keeping the zoom and that is a little bit annoying. But on iPad zooming is not needed.

Late response but better late than never muahahaha. Game is still great. I thought that the zoom was really irrelevant and not needed you can see everything just fine without it. Agree with not being able to pan with zoom a pain in the butt. But not for me cause I wont be using it muahahaha. Best wishes for the game Noam and the whole Nitako team!

    Thanks man:)
btw, panning with the zoom would be impossible since we will have to disable the 3d camera rotation.

On the subject of zoom, even on an iPod touch I don't really need it. I mean I don't need it. Would rather see some way to auto position the screen when asking for a hint. Just think it's unfair to ask for one and have it tell you to throw the ball from the wrong angle. But what can you do. Since you can see the hint again just try from all angles I guess.

I added the auto position to our list for future updates, thanks!
Any new input on the levels? I especially want to hear about the ones you didn't like.
As to the zoom feature, it was one of the most asked for features in the past beta rounds, but the people who asked for it are kinda silent now:)

Well it's because I really don't not like any of them! I like them and think they are very clever and each different. There aren't any that you look at and say "oh that was just like the last three but with a block moved." No, they are all unique in their own way. Very well done.

    Hello,

My name is Toni Sala and I have recently incorporated to the Save Toshi testing group. So the opinions I'm going to write are from my first impressions of the game in the current version, not progress impressions.

I think that globally the game is great. Simple but with lots of little surprises that you find step by step.

I also think that the theme about saving Toshi is right, although I personally don't like it. I would prefer something more abstract or if not abstract, something more hardcore. You know what I mean ;) However, Toshi is fine and my girlfriend loves her and dances with her after every puzzle completion :D So, good work with Toshi ;)

I think that the physics of the puzzles are just perfect. However, I think that the visual appeal needs little more work. Specially, material textures. There are very very little nuances between the different materials in terms of gameplay (that's great) but I think that the graphical representation is confusing sometimes.

About the difficulty, I think that there is a big gap around puzzle 14-16. Previous puzzles are very easy, even tutorial puzzles. Following puzzles are much more difficult compared to previous ones. However, the rest of the learning curve is right calibrated, in my opinion.

Finally, the technical point of view. I play with an iPod Touch 3rd generation without any kind of problem. No bugs found. And about the zooming feature (I've seen that you are very interested on opinions about that) I think that the feature itself is just perfect, from a technical point of view. I think that the problem is that maybe the game should not need to have a zooming feature. In general, zooming feature is perceived by the player as a "tool" and tools are not fun. The ideal solution probably would be redesigning the puzzles (or even all the game) to avoid the necessity of zooming. Or transforming the zooming feature from a "tool" to a "game mechanic". But, I can guess that it is not possible right now, so the zooming solution works right.

That's all by now. If you have any questions or want my feedback about some particular aspects of the game, it would be a pleasure for me to answer.

    Toni Sala
