Happy Birthday! Final fantasy XV is the best I love it Don't forget the Moogle-Chocobo Carnival is up right now good way to earn some cool items and play the chocobo race
I am enjoying FFXV as well. So awesome to see how far the series has come from the first game up to now. My ragtag team of War, Black Wiz, White Wiz, and White Wiz are storming the floating castle to get the Air Crystal. So it shouldn't be long now before the world is saved! Also, see you guys in Aralon!
Operation NOT THE FACE! continues. I'm making good progress on HP. The plan is to keep this up until I hit 999 and then move on and start working on MP. It's not exciting but I know from the past power leveling now means a much easier run later.
Salamand. I could be crazy but this game seems shorter than I recall. Minwu has joined me and I know more companions are coming later, but already it feels like a lot of miles under my feet.
Also, this isn't the first time I've thought Final Fantasy II desperately needed a training room. Someplace you could go and just battle your own party. This leveling system would have worked oh so much better with that.
So true! That would've been great to have in every town. I'm only a couple hours in right now. So, I've got a ways to go to get to 999. But sounds like a plan!
No end in sight... This is the voice from way back there, the newbie that is limping along and still trying to finish FF1 in my lifetime (yes, that draw from the hat really is the incentive I needed right now to go on! ) Did I really just spend a week (and more than 10 hours playtime) in the desert just for some new clothes and a couple of bottles of juice? Where the hell am I supposed to be right now? I was really hoping to find some flying object, or at least a canoe down that den of nastiness. Or maybe just another clue... On the up side, I now know the shortcuts through the desert and the magic woods, know what the counter spells are for, and have generally had my team undertake some serious training. They are all up to somewhere between level 41 and 42 now, and all sport more than 500 HP (yeah, those silver apples are chewy!) I must admit I got my doubts whether I was doing the right thing after the first two beasts, especially with all of you being much further than me with much less experience on your heroes' backs - let alone the solo stunt with just a monk. My monks still have not been sent back to the front door alive, even with the help of Daryl the Thief and Mid the Red Mage... So I did a round of the known world in between, and I thought I did a thorough search of alternative places to be. Not everyone seemed to be pleased to see me again - Matoya in particular is some ungrateful lady! I guess I did not look hard enough, with some hope left that the Earthgift Shrine was not only a good place to make a fool of oneself, after all. Now that I am convinced that I did just that , I am back to square one. And a bit lost as to where to go. A new travel around the world it will have to be, looking for the one clue that I must have missed all these other times... It must be there - there are enough of you who have presented convincing screen shots of more than one crystal in stock! Wish me luck on my future travels. It is good that you have started another game within this threat - this way I will not be so lonely down here!
Good luck and stay strong. You'll find your way. No update on FFII tonight. I didn't get time in today on it.
And now I've hit an unexpected challenge: FFII is highly unstable. Two freeze hugs tonight and one portrait/landscape transition bug. Well then. I was going to grind more but I'm thinking it's power through time.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-4199130/32-bit-iPhone-apps-obsolete-iOS-11.html Anyone seen this it looks like when ios11 hits it will kill all 32 bit games and apps I didn't mean to post this here wrong thread but i read more and 10.3 could be the start of it and it is up to devs to fix their games to be compatible... tons of apps will be effected
Yeah, as soon as I read about this last week I checked the Final Fantasy games. Most have been updated by Square Enix for 64 bit, however not all have. Final Fantasy I and II are in danger, as is my personal favorite: Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. If that isn't updated I'm going to be pretty ticked off. If you check the version histories, the following Final Fantasy games are 64 bit: Final Fantasy III Final Fantasy IV Final Fantasy V Final Fantasy VI The following either are not 64 bit or at least do not indicate they are 64 bit: Final Fantasy Dimensions Final Fantasy Tactics:WOTL Final Fantasy I Final Fantasy II Final Fantasy VII Final Fantasy IX I have a hard time believing VII and IX aren't 64 bit as they're fairly recent releases. Tactics hasn't been updated in years. FFI and FFII have seen more recent updates but don't note being updated to 64 bit.
They are updated fairly regularly. I'd be surprised if SE let Final Fantasy I die. But Tactics has laid untouched for way too long. It also has two versions, an iPhone and iPad version and neither has had an update in years. This may be the first iOS update I don't automatically install.
At this point if it's only one it's better than half or so even though I love tactics but since developers have been made aware I think square will make sure it's okay at some point it's the smaller teams that I worry about mostly Def don't want to lose FFI and II though It's all a wait and see but it's gonna be another knock on the App Store when it happens no matter if it's on the developer or not people will go after apple over it but not me it falls on the creator of the app botttom line apple didn't hold a gun to their head and make them put their app in store to start with This will also be a good test to see what companies to lay off of in the future I know a lot of good ones that keep their stuff up to date and some of them aren't huge companies but then you have a 2k that can't even fix bioshock so we will see who cares and who doesn't
Have you played Dissidia Opera Omnia Shaun? Just curious your thoughts on it I've been playing it since launch day
Hence the need for iOS gamers to have one device to purely play games on and the other to use as a phone. The one that you have to play games on you should never upgrade the iOS version unless you want to take the chance that it will cripple your games you paid for. So in my case my iPhone 6 gets regular iOS updates (it's a phone but I might play something on it occasionally) but my iPad Pro remains at iOS 9.3.3 and will not be moving from that spot until I finish playing all the backlog of games that I have. I think that is a good way to think so you wont get disappointed when devs no longer can afford to support their games. Sorry if this has been posted in the wrong place. To get back on topic I have final fantasy one and I tried to keep up with you guys but real life got in the way. Though I have enjoyed all your posts about your exploits. Thanks.
Hope they keep all of their apps updated. I'd hate to lose any Final Fantasy game, or even Chrono Trigger or Mana games.
