Agree! Get it now it's a masterpiece Been playing it a lot lately too and I love VII and VIII but this one is the one I enjoy the most while playing it. The party customizations are so great. And because of that it's a diff experience every time you start a new game
This is 4 days in a row now I have got a stamina refill on the Japan version of FFRK Cool part is I can't remember my password and still gives it to me anyway right now my stamina is 92 and I top out at 73

On the original site that released the news, there was a comment that mentioned the music playing on the site as the same music from Final Fantasy Legends. So, maybe it'll be a sequel to that? Either way, I probably won't be playing it since it'll be in Japanese.
Is it going to be Japanese only like legends? Legends is pretty good but I was hoping this would be a new premium like dimensions and it would be worldwide
That's what I hope too. It's just odd that the music is from another game and it only has a JP website.
I agree that was my initial impression Japanese only release while that's ok by me it's not for a lot of players and that sucks so hopefully thats just them hyping Japan up about it and not an indication I'm getting close to the point where when I have a choice I would rather go Japanese simply because it's the language it was designed in It's like with foreign movies I like them to have subtitles and be in the original language not dubbed in English Now having said that the diff here is no subtitles not sure why games don't do that in same way movies do cuz I always prefer the voice audio of a final fantasy game in Japanese it's more authentic
I'm thinking of buying Romancing Saga 2, but before I do, I was wondering if anybody who has played the game could tell me how difficult the game is/how steep of a learning curve it has. Also wondering if it has a New Game+ type of mode as well.
I'm wondering the same things It's on my wishlist and I really want to pick it up I have Nobunaga's Ambition and love it I had a brain freeze I was thinking romancing of the three kingdoms I have Romancing Saga 2 loved it so much I bought it twice once in Japanese and once in English and I also keep both on my phones Let me review your question again and get an answer for you since I haven't played it in about a month which is crazy cuz I love that game so much thanks for posting this and reminding me I need to go play it Easy answer is it's worth every cent and one of the best games I have I can answer th difficult question right off it's not the for weak Pretty tough and challenging but that's one of the things I love most about it that it's not easy The mechanics and gameplay itself won't take you long at all to get used to When setting up a new game you can choose to play with or without the additional content they added

When you die it's not game over your character changes though because you just go to next person in the lineage and so on
I see, I'm assuming this only applies to the Emperor/Empress of each generation. The game looks great so far and I really like the music.
I just got the rewards from the Japanese version of FFRK in the US version. Interesting, so we do get the same stuff as players in Japan, it's just a couple weeks late.
may have to do with japan version being a few months older i loved the world of final fantasy event w characters i got Lann and his super soul break 6 star weapon on a lucky pull
