I was wrong yesterday I counted and I have 21 5 star weapons/armor on record keeper Now today I did go for the single 5 mythril pull after being burnt on last two 15s and 3 star hahaha there is no real method it's just luck Usually I have a ritual I do before I pull Haha didn't do it this time so I will blame that
I remember when that one came out. It looks nice, just not my kind of game. I'll have to dig through the forums and check out the thread to see though.
Hack and slashish ive been digging back for some past classics also got Nobunaga's Ambition recently next up Romance of the Three Kingdoms next week Jade Empire has my attention right now this game is very good I'm enjoying taking my time playing it really getting into the story
Jade Empire and FFRK for me. I don't often play FFRK, but when FFVII or FFIX have events, I'll usually use my saved Mythril to get an 11x draw so I pull at least one 5*. But yeah, Jade Empire mostly for me this weekend. Might offset it with Ember and either IX or VII. So many good games, I don't know if I'll even get to my yearly Costume Quest playthrough! Maybe in a couple weeks.
I've got another question for the RPG Reload podcast here, and for everyone else who reads this thread. Which linear game - and RPG, if the actual game isn't an RPG - have you ploughed the most hours into? And what finally made you let it go (if you ever have)? For me, Championship Manager probably sucked away more hours than any other game in my youth, but in terms of RPGs, it was probably FFVII. It was one of those rare games when I wanted to max out every character and defer the ending as long as possible. It helped that I was still a feckless teenager/young adult when I got it. Never played any MMOs, so avoided that particular time sink.
Yep, FFVIII was a very close second for me. I think I might have maxed out every character on that one, too!
i did on my second playthrough i do remember actually not enjoy beating it that first time cuz it was over but then i sucked it up and decided to play again and max everyone out
I think I beat it a few days after it was officially released. I started it in the beta, but then started again once it was released. Such a cool ending in my opinion. Now, I kind of just explore.
On FFVII I had to start over on my new phone so I'm grinding my way through Shinra now Playing it very slow this time trying to get all I can Even turtle flyer no2 I'm about 6 1/2 hours into this play and almost done with the shinra part Barrett rocks love that character Just defeated dark nation and Rufus done this a million times before so nothing to it This is to anyone who is your favorite part VII character?
I genuinely struggle to answer this off the top of my head - not because I don't have one, but because I renamed all the characters when I played it and don't know most of their original names! Let me go check Google... Vincent Valentine, apparently. I named him Okri, back in the day - a much better name, IMO. Also, I far preferred Tifa Lockhart (aka Tempest) to the wishy-washy Aerith. I can't even remember what I called Aerith, which speaks volumes. Barrett was renamed Platoon, Cloud was Fly. Can't remember Yuffy or Cid. This was some time ago...
Tough to pick just one. Barrett is awesome. Love his personality. Him and Tifa. I do enjoy Cloud at times. But if I have to pick one, I'd say Red XIII (or Nanaki). I'm a cat/dog lover so I'd love a pet who can do the stuff he does. Howling Moon is just so much fun to watch.
