Playing it with sound now and Nobunaga Ambition and Creative is so awesome Wow what a great game I may be forking out the 40$ later first I need to buy the one in the US App Store and I'm familiar with it at least I keep forgetting about it So I finally got it
If you don't have it I highly reccomend Nobunaga's Ambition and I mean the US App Store one I think I played this exact one on a SNES emualator back in the day. In the early 2000s I did a lot of PC emulator gaming and that is when I got into dragon quest and nobunaga both I got exposed to through emulators. I loved dragon warrior on my nes emulator but it's also awesome how things have progressed and I'm now playing this on my phone!!
Still working on RPG Creator Finally found some resources it got a point where I needed more scenery etc to get the maps in better shape and add some diff stuff than the usual I'm working on three at one time but only one majorly the other two I'm using to try diff ideas that I implement into the main one
Hey guys, I need to reach out for some help. I thought that because you all seem like pretty decent people who are involved in TouchArcade this would be a good place to ask for help. For whatever reason I am unable to post in any News & Reviews threads. I keep getting a message that I am not authorised to post. There have been many articles I have read here that I wanted to contribute to but I am unable. However I am able to post in a lot of other TouchArcade forums, such as this one, with no problem. I did email the TouchArcade support some time ago, and while the initial correspondence was positive, for whatever reason the email correspondence stopped and they no longer reply to my emails. I want to contribute to the Patreon but because of this problem I wont. Can anyone please help?
I don't have any involvement with administration or the backend, so I can only guess at the problem at best. I know I've had a lot of issues posting comments on stories for the last several months, though. I had to switch to posting with my Facebook account in Safari cuz the TA App was crashing every time. So you might be having a similar problem. Beyond that, my only guess is that you could have been moderated from posting on the front page, but I'd think whoever you were talking to from TA administration would have spotted that immediately if that was the case. You'll have to talk to either Eli or Jared, though. The rest of us are just freelancers and don't have the access to answer your question.
Is it difficult to figure everything out you think? This weekend I have played quite a bit more of FFIX. I'm over 40 hours in so it feels like it's something exiting now around every corner.
Def there is ix is so good on mobile I just love how it still has the retro look but polished at first it made think why isn't this just a full remake but I like it better like it is. RPG Creator is pretty difficult at first to figure out no doubt but there is a help and some online resources and at the end of the day even if I never play another game someone made I love being able to just play test mine and build on it There are some things I have got to figure out if I'm gonna go next level haha lots of trial and error, lots I just dropped 4000 yen on Japan App Store so now I have competed the legend of heroes games available on there it's 3 total at 2000 each but it's an awesome series, tactical RPG at its finest, my fav tactical RPG ever is def legend of heroes. 4000 yen is 40$ US dollars One thing is for sure high price premium games don't scare me haha but these games are 35$-40$ on steam and I would rather have them mobile having said that I actually have two of the three in this series on steam and before it's done I will have all three mobile and steam so I spent big on this series and it is so worth it. You would love legend of heroes!!!

It's definitely a series on my radar! Some are on. Vita. The first one I need to play on psp. I tend to don't like remakes much. I'd rather have them be more close to the original like FFIX is, more polished.
Now that Autumn is here, I get excited to play games that have Autumn settings or colors. Final Fantasy IX is one of those for me. I think I'm over 40 hours too! Other Autumn favorites would be Chrono Trigger, Horn, Costume Quest (but music seems to be missing since iOS 9 for me), Final Fantasy VII, Dragon Quest VIII, III, IV, Dust, MHFU, Oceanhorn. But I just got Ember, and it's got a great Atumnal atmosphere! So, I've put my others on hold for the weekend, and played a bit of Ember when I wasn't working. Do you all happen to have any favorites you like playing this time of year?
Great topic! And your right about FFIX I get that vibe too I would also add secret of mana and adventures of mana too DQVIII good one too you mentioned has that feel because of the trees I would also add legend of heroes which I am playing all 3 a lot right now and they seem right for this time
Nice suggestions! Yeah, I remember going through the Autumn section of DQVIII last Autumn. I forgot to add Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons to the list. I haven't played it yet, but I'll probably pick it up after Halloween. It definitely has that vibe from what I've seen.
For some reason I'm not allowed to comment om Shaun's articles :/ Hm IX would be a great Autumn game! It's very cozy and there's lots to do. I'm playing Tactics too and I like that as a choice too since it's a lot to sink your teeth into, perfect for autumn evenings. Playing Setsuna I would say that is a game well played either in Autumn or Winter since it has a calming music and wintery landscapes. Jumped into WoW again too. Good bye life lol. No, I'm bot going to play it all the time. i have sp much to play. But it has the ability to help me put away whatever is on my mind completely.
As we get into winter banner saga and banner saga 2 Totally agree winter Tactics is def right at this time of year I'm about to get Tactics advance through my wiiu just realized I can play it on there and it's only 7.99 A final fantasy gamer I talk online with told me he think Tactics advance is better than war of the lions so that was convincing enough for me Since I love WOTL
Yeah, I still have the Tactics Advance GBA cart. Got me through a lot of general classes in college. Haha. I think it's definitely better done in the sense of gameplay and looks. It's a beautiful, fun game. I still need to keep playing WOTL! And, I'm definitely wanting to play I Am Setsuna, but I only game on iOS and Mac... I'd love for them to port that to iOS, but I don't know if it sold enough to be worth it.
I was planning on playing FFVII and FF Tactics during the Autumn season, but then I couldn't resist and decided to get the premium version of RPG Creator I'll most likely be messing around with that while I wait for Dailon's RPG.
Haha. Yeah, once you're game is done, I'll have to finally check that out. Do they have Autumn colored trees and leaves on some ground textures? That would be nice to make...
