I always preferred to leave the default name to give the character a bit of scripted identity. But for those where you couldn't do so dick was always the best choice. Never got bored of the pun and jokes it would cause... i know such immature..but everyone has been a kid
I'm dull as dishwater because if I have to name a protag, I use 'Shaun' if it allows five letters or 'Muz' (my old nickname) if it restricts to four or fewer. If I have to name more than just the hero, I'll just make up names, but I like to name my healer 'Rade' and my black mage 'Cass'.

Lol not many wish that here. People are already beginning to dread winter. I like all seasons, but winter here can be long. If we are unlucky we might have winter from october to april although that's rare. Usually November-February.
Considering it is SRPGSeptember on Twitter, I haf to take out FFTactics for a spin. That's such a good game! Lookimg forward to really dig into it this time. Otherwise I'm alternating between Chrono Trigger, Unchained and FFIX. Also finished Kingdom Hearts and started Chain of Memories. Need to play them all before III comes some day. It's DQ weekend playing V and VII also a little FFIX I love FF Tactics! Did watch FFXV movie and enjoyed it! I may go ahead and preorder it for Xbox one Also playing Siralim 2, FF Record Keeper, and I want to get back into Ys over the holiday weekend. I have Ys1 and 2 and I need to play them more. By the way winter have you played Luna Silver Star Story Touch if not I can say for sure its a great RPG. The version on mobile isn't a new game it's been out a while but a great game. So that brings me to Shaun how about a reload for Luna Silver Star Story Touch. I know you featured it before but like a look back.

Yes, I actually have it even I started it, but got distracted. It's nice to hear a recommendation Tactics is so so good. It blows me away every time, but I really want to actually beat it this time. I love the opening music!
It seems pretty good so far. The biggest thing that stood out to me when I started was that it was turn based rather than using the ATB system. The game does feel a bit harder compared to some other FF games.

Played FFVI last night and this morning And I love it but the controls to walk are so clunky Battles on VI are great and I like the way it unfolds Biggest plus for VI is the ? You can hit that any time to know what to do next and the nice thing about that is if you haven't played it in a week or two it's easy to pick up where you left off without being as confused
I think I was only able to get a little under an hour of gaming in this weekend. But I was playing the new Nimian Legends: BrightRidge HD update. It's amazing what Protopop has been able to accomplish on his own!
Completely agree. Playing Chrono Trigger still and that's much better control wise. I do like that it isn't fixed when I'm not using it, but it feels odd in FFVI. But otherwise there is much to like. I love changing window color and the help is great! I also love the solution for blitz, even I can do it now. And some things look stunning on my iphone screen!
